Good point. Next time he tries to open a front gate to answer a DV complaint he should already have his glock out. rock out with his glock out..... sorry couldn't resist

ahhh a marauding Ridgie and Staffy running rampant at the local park, I can just see the Sunshine Coast Daily headlines now
-
yep maybe make it another weekend. I am easy as to where and when. I mentioned the fenced park at Nicklin Way because it was the only one I knew around the area, and Jessies recall isn't the greatest so not sure how she would go at a non fenced park all razzed up with excitement of meeting all the doggies

ahh cool thanks. Hopefully once my internet is back to normal I will be able to watch it
-
I can't watch the vid because my connection has been shaped, but is this the people who are fighting the dogs or just a family that owns pitbulls? I am just curious because I just cannot reconcile in my mind that you could put a family pet into a pit and then go home and treat it with love and kindness

I have an aussie dog staffy ball and its very durable. Just don't kick it, even with shoes on Also watch out how you roll it with the dogs Jessie tried taking it head on when I rolled it along the ground and it really hurt her face when she tried to stop it

This was my pet Bredli today have a bit of outside time. He is a pretty good climber, not sure how high he would have gotten if I didn't grab him So I guess also make sure there is nothing they can get leverage on to climb over a fence too
-
I feel better now knowing that he is going somewhere and I will be able to see pics of him now on DOL as he gets older
-

LOL, it's a good thing everyone's different. I've got to say, I don't find either the labrador or the poodle aesthetically appealing at all. But apparently people exist that don't think staffords are handsome either (!) and we call those people wrong
-
there was one online paper naming names and DOL gets a mention as well, is it ok to post a linky? I don't want to get anyone in trouble ETA see linky below

Dog Dna Proves Gold Coast Council Made Wrong Breed Id
J.H.M replied to Mrs Rusty Bucket's topic in In The News
If this was the "BITSA" dog breed identification test, then the american pitbull terrier isn't one of the breeds it is able to identify. So it's no surprise if the dogs didn't come back as pitbull. They wouldn't have done so even if they were pure pit! Lucky for these dogs that the council didn't look too closely at the test's fine print. apparently an Amstaff is an APBT on the Gold Coast now and they do identify an amstaff so ergo..... More awesome work by QLD government odds on they will piss away vast sums of taxpayer money trying to work their way out of the hole they dug for themselves trying to keep this draconian law viable, smart state my ass -
poor little puppy, not their fault the people that brought them into the world are scumbags

I was fairly young when I found out I wanted to have a stafford. I would see them around town occasionally, and I finally got to meet on when a friend at school got one. After that I was sold. I pestered my mum for years but could never convince her as we still had another dog at the time. When she was PTS we never got another for a couple of years, then when I was turning 21 my mum asked me if I wanted to have a look at a litter of staffords that a guy she new through work told her about. So was either a 21st party or a dog. I chose the dog and have never had another breed the 14 years since I am pretty sure there will always be an SBT in my yard for as long as I want to or am able to have a dog, thats not to say I won't have another breed aswell
