you can get inkscape for pc as well as mac, and it is free. You can start some work in photo shop and then import it into inkscape That said i have not real idea how to use it correctly, i have just fiddled the tiniest bit with it. But it is free . . .

I like it as well, what a happy gorgeous girl If you trimmed it a bit diffrent (not that I don't like the current cut, but just so it fit normal monitor res proportions) I think it would make a great wallpaper for any dog lovers computer. Who could stay angry at their computer when they saw that lovely happy face ;p
