I second the Heiniger cordless as well, just love them, I have corded clippers but never use them anymore. Plus the battery seems to last for ever

Just ordered on Facebook from Custom pet collars, their name and my phone number are embroidered in the collar itself. No more worrying about name tags falling off. Very happy with the quality and they are comfortable for the dogs
-
Cant help you with your request, but I just brought new collars for my dogs that have my phone number and their name embroidered into the collar. That way if the tags fall off which they have done before, the details are still on the collar.

I had two standard poodles a toy poodle and a Jack russell when I brought a Newfoundland into the house. The other four dogs were all over seven years old and Grizzly 14 weeks old when they meet. The 10 kilo Jack and my now 71kilo Newf were the best of buddies until my Jack Russell passed away last November. My 4 kilo toy poodles has him bluffed, she will bare her teeth and he runs, so funny to watch.

I am on the Gold Coast, Qld and have a four dog permit an only had to pay a one off fee. I now just pay the yearly registration fees on each dog.

I didn't think they would either, I did try to sell them first then contacted the manufacturer. They sent me back to the supplier who just blew me away with their customer service. :D

I would like to give a huge plug to Petcircle, for absolutely awesome customer service. I purchased four large bags of dry food in October 2014, from Pet circle on line. After struggling to get my dogs to eat it I had only used one bag by April 2015. I contacted Pet circle at the complete off chance they may be able to help. The bags had a 2016 use by date so they were happy to have them returned at a small charge to me of $20.00. They arranged the pick up, all we had to do was box up the bags and the courier collected them. A full refund minus the $20 was returned to my account, I am blown away by their customer service and told them I would let others know how I felt. https://www.petcircle.com.au

Absolutely stunning photos, I could only dream to take photos this good. My Husband is from Christchurch, unfortunately each time we go most of the time is spent catching up with family. So not much site seeing.

I have a friend in Harvey Bay on a huge fenced block of land and has one small dog. I will message her with this add no promises but doesn't hurt to ask. -
If you could travel to the Gold Coast this one is up there with the best, but you pay for what you get. http://www.petstylistacademy.com

Lovely photos reminds me of what we look like on a walk with five dogs

I have five and love them all but I think if we had less they would get to do more things, 4 of mine are over 10.

I have the lagest fitfurlife treadmill and love it, I got mine second hand and didn't get any instruction manual with it. I phoned the company that sells them and they went out of their way to send me a manual and to help me any way they could. I would not use a human one if it is for a bigger dog because as someone else said it changes their stride. Mine is for my Newfoundland when I am getting him fit for showing and he needs every bit of the length. Plus they can't jump of due to the sides http://www.fitfurlife.com/dog-treadmills/

I have a 3.5 year old entire male Newfoundland in the house that doesn't mark inside. He has a doggy door to go out when he wants and has never been used at stud. I have four other dogs in the house two are desexed males and two desexed females. I did have a brief problem a couple of months ago which resulted in throwing out a leather lounge suite. It turned out that my 12 year old female poodle was having bladder problems so my Jack Russell was marking over it. She is on medication now so the problem has pretty much gone away.

What a great story, I hope his grand father is still around to see the finished job. We have two restored kombi's so appreciate the work that goes into bringing a car back to some times better then original condition. Great story thanks for sharing it with us.

We have a lady stay at our house and she minds four of our dogs and a cat for $40 per day, she won't mind the Newf. He goes to a boarding kennel at $55 per day so we don't go away very often .

Dogue De Bordeaux / English Mastiff Puppy. New Pic's Of Kirby
mish13 replied to BC Crazy's topic in Puppy Chat
A few things I can add, have they thought about pet insurance the bigger the dog the higher the vet bills. Be careful on tiles and slippery surfaces, a lot of leg damage can be done at an early age. No jumping especially in and out of the car. Think about adding some different things to her meals like glucosamine and chondroitin, I also use vitamin B and Ester c and omega 3,6 and 9. No walking until 12 weeks and then only 5-10 mins building up over twelve months. I have a 3 year old Newfoundland and a 20 minute walk is about all he can handle, he would rather sit in the middle of the dog park and watch the other dogs play. It sounds like they have done a great job with their last dog so hopefully they will be the same with this one. The BYB should be reported -
I would hate to think how much drying Grizzly would require. Thats the fun part, usually about two hours to dry and comb his coat through. It takes me around eight hours once a fortnight to bath and groom all the dogs.

This post has broken my heart how can humans leave an animal to suffer like this, also disgusted with her being left like this at the pound. Thank you for what you are doing for this poor girl, please give her a hug from me. -
Grizzly hates having a bath
