Definitely vets. I don't like messing with the dogs ears (or eyes) if they have issues with them.

Just found this thread.. MM, sending healing vibes to Danny. Glad to hear it's not pancreatitis and I hope he goes home today. Dogs heals much better when they are at home.

Destinations only.. and always inside and in the bedroom or laundry with a cover on top. As well as being used at home. He travels on the back seat of the car in a harness I would say metal

We have both... Charlie and Emmy prefers their metal one... they are easy to put down and easy to carry around with us. But, they are heavy! The soft ones are uses as toy boxes.

I have a doggie dog so they have access inside and outside. They are kept inside as young puppies though.

like the others have said.. boil chicken and rice.

Yes... they really do, don't they? When I broke up with my ex.. I had to leave my 2 huskies behind and that damn near killed me to do that, but it was the right decision. I didn't have a place to keep them and those 2 can't be separated. It took my 18 months to get another dog... but those 18 months, I really did feel lost without a dog. Made me feel as though something really important missing in my life. RIP Lacey.. i bet she's having a fantastic time over Rainbow Bridge

Sorry OT but... how stressful your home must of been... or did you end up getting use to it? but i admire your dedication to keep both dogs though

I think Behaviourist is your last option in this situation though... they might not cure an aggressive dog, but they will help you manage/find a situation to make things easier for you. That's better than nothing IMO They are both so young... it's kinda not fair to let them live how they are living now. And, it's not safe for you and your family either.

Could it be you got her at 6 weeks of age, she doesn't know how to properly interact with other dogs because she was taken away from her litter at a very young age? How old is your bulldog now? Have you called in a trainer/behaviourist to come in and have a look on how you can solve this issues?

There is a 10-15 minutes rule at my house too. Bones are also fed inside, mostly they take their bones in their crate to eat it. Once they are done with it, the bones are thrown out. Never leave food out especially in the summer (the smell.. ewww). I feed my 2 raw... so it's not a good idea to leave raw food out anyway.

Warm water and a nice walk to get his bowel moving usually works..

Just suggesting that till the puppy has settled down and is use of being alone in the backyard...

First off, take a deep breath and relax. If you are feeling stressed, so can your puppy I will choose number 1. Big pen, with toys, bed, food and water till he get older and is more settled down. Then maybe on weekends you can gradually leave him outside by himself for an hour or two, while you're still at home... also make the backyard fun for him. But, like the others have said... routine is a big thing for puppies! They like routine.

Hey this is my thread I started on tear stains a while back... Tear stains i have to say that tomato paste thing worked with Emmy She did go to the specialist and she is 100% healthy. Her eyes are fine and so are her eyelashes (but she does have long eyelashes). She doesn't have tear stains anymore after she stopped teething too.

Wow.. that's impressive. My 2 don't have a favorite spot to do their business. Emmy was a bitch to toilet train, so we are just happy that she does it outside!! Charlie lets me knows where he does his business though
