hehe CW EW did you know MrB actually bought his stepchild (Bubby) a bottle of truffle oil! Bubby is MAD about the stuff and is beside himself when he has leftover risotto or frittata drizzled with truffle oil. It was MrB's plan to get him some when he reached retirement age (10 years). In lieu of all the sad Dol stories we have been hearing lately, MrB went off and got Bubby his own bottle, as life is rather short and you never know. Every week I make him scrambled or poached eggs with a teaspoon of truffle oil on it and he is in heaven!!!!! OMG!!! :rofl: MrB is as soft as Mr CW. I won't mention Mr CW's stash of McDonald's cookies in the study draw he has for Charlie (Charlie LOVES it), huh? We live each day to the fullest.. you kinda have to with Charile.

I'm with BB. My dogs are well mannered and knows their boundaries at home. They have always worked hard for everything, and if chopping up Charlie's chicken wing or neck makes his eating easier and I'm happy to do it, then I don't see the problem with that.

Nahh... most small dogs aren't fussy eaters You gotta meet Katie P's Chase and other Japanese spitz... they are all considered Rubbish Bins!

:rofl: See, I totally understand this!!! The only time you will see Charlie having a hissy fit is when he is wet (mind you.. it could just be his paws or a patch on his back). He has his daddy running to the bathroom to get him a towel, then he sits on the towel and sit there and look at me all pathetically as though saying 'Mummy. I'm wet. I don't like it'... I will dry him and he won't be happy till I get the dryer out to dry him!!

Yep. Charlie! Charlie meals are always chopped up for him, he likes oranges but I have to peal the clear skin off the pulps for him. He doesn't like dirt on his bones, so he gets fed inside in the kitchen, where there is no dirt (or else he will sit there crying till someone comes and wash dirt off his bone). Charlie is bit of a princess!

love the stories.. :D More weird quirks he does: Charlie gets excited and he grabs a toy in his mouth too. Both mine are tissue shredders too. Charlie also squeaks like a toy if he is excited. He snorts when I tell him to catch.. it's as though if he snorts the food will get into his mouth.

Charlie has a thing about plastic bags. He sees one on the floor, he insist he has to go sit or lay on it, and will sit/lay on the bag for hours. The other week, I left a shopping bag from Myers on the bedroom floor, Charlie saw it and quickly rushed over and laid on it and went to sleep. Out of curiosity, I wanted to see how long he will use that as bed. It last a week, but I think it would last longer if Mr CW didn't clean the room and threw out the bag. This started off as a puppy, when we leave grocery shopping bags on the floor, Charlie was known to pull out the shopping from a bag, so he can sit/lay on it (we rarely leave shopping on the floor now because of him). We have no idea why he does that, but he does it. He has a great love for the green environmental shopping bags too. He uses it as a sleeping bag sometimes... So, anyone else dog/s have this issue? Share your dogs weird quirks!!

You still have a little puppy who's still discovering the big world. To her everything is new, exciting and a little scary... I think give her time. Take her out and about. This is all socialising your gorgeous pup

I didn't sleep a solid 6 hours sleep till Em was 6 months. I was going batty after a while, I had to take off for a weekend. Book into a B&B so I could get some sleep Answer the question... I usually take a week off to settle the pup in

Apparently I'm a typical asian girl with her small fluffy dogs Saying that, my family and friends all find it weird that I have 2 small dogs. They think that bigger dogs suits me.
