Ohh.. are you anywhere near Wanagratta?

Well, the boyfriend was talking about going away for a romantic getaway on the long weekend. We my as well go to VIC

Japanese Spitz! I've totally fallen for this breed! I hope you're thinking about agility for your dog.. they have the aptitude! And I hope you like light colour clothes and have a great vacuum cleaner Agility and Flyball, are definitely on the cards. Either one or both. I'm going to do a NDTF course that starts in August.. so, hopefully, I get a pup before then and use him/her as my demo dog too! (I won't be able to use Charlie) Dyson - check Befriend with the local groomer - check Woohoo... good excuses for clothes shopping!!!

One of my new neighbour has a Wooly Malamute! Very sweet lady... Charlie uses her like a jungle gym.

Both of them are really great and have been nothing but helpful and honest. the part in the bold - I can do that?!

They are both legit breeders. I've research them both and also talked to people who know them I've been ready for a pup for a while, and the boyfriend is on board about getting another pup too for a while now. We have been looking for a while now too. We both feel that Charlie is strong enough now for a sibling. If I didn't have Charlie, I will definitely bring the pup home!! But, I know that if the puppy isn't right for Charlie, then I can walk away. I gotta think about my little fella and his needs, before my wants. so true

Breeder 1: Have met and talked to her. Very lovely by answering all my questions about the breed. Met her dogs. Really want one of her dogs... they are simply gorgeous, but could be waiting for a while for a pup. We said that we will wait. She can't guarantee a pup (which is totally understandable) because no one knows how many pup is in a litter and not even sure if her current female dog is pregnant (we find out in about 3 or 4 weeks?). Breeder 2: The boyfriend was looking at puppy listing on DOL and found another breeder, and talked me into giving her a call (we called her on Easter break). We just clicked on the phone (we talked on the phone for about an hour ). Lives in Vic (but the boyfriend and I don't have a problem travelling far for the next member of our family). Has a pup that sounds absolutely perfect for our little family now. We can go down and see the parents and puppy on Anzac long weekend and if everyone is happy, we can bring her home with us (the puppy is currently 7 weeks now). So, what to do? Go with Breeder 1 or Breeder 2?

First off, good luck, toilet training 2 puppies! It's hard with just one! It's all about being consistence on toilet training (and training) a puppy or puppies in your case. Do you have any pics? I've never heard of that cross before!

there is a sucker born everyday ;) I have a mutt and no matter how adorably cute he is... he is still a mutt.

Their way of showing affection?

Growing up with a lot of dogs... it all came down to the dog. Some is alright eating together and there are some who has to eat by themselves. If I got another puppy right now.. I will be feeding them separately. Charlie is a picky eater and is on a special diet. He also only gets fed once a day. Whereas the puppy will need to eat 3 times a day.

Poor Pete! No, I've never been through that but it does sound painful (and gross). Just keep it clean and keep an eye on it till the vet. -

Ollie sounds like a charmer!! Charlie (who is part cav) use to be an awesome jumper! He would clear the baby gates we put up for him when he was a puppy easy (we thought we had an agilty star on our hands.. haha). Also Charlie LOVES LOVES LOVES to be chased too!! He does what Ollie does to you... only he doesn't bark but nudge you with a toy he has in his mouth!

My opinion: At the beginning it would have to be security (feeling safe, secure and find comfort in your OH's arm) and now after 6 years, it's now habit and loves being there.
-
that's so nice! she's lucky to have an owner like you I keep toying with the idea of Physio but at this moment, I don't really trust people handling him just yet. This is why Charlie has the most shocking furcut in the world (thanks to his unskilled mummy) and not many people likes to handle him because of his condition. they are too scared to handle him.

oh dear... I told my brother this and he was like 'go hide'...
