to answer everyone questions this only happens when its bath time , water is luke warm , i'll be taking him to the vet , he can play in water normally he has a little pool , he goes in our pool for a swim, he plays under the hose when watering garden or washing the car- he loves the water except bath time

thanks for the advice - he was fine with bath time he loved it until recently last 2 months , he gets bathed in the normal bath. but i'll try yr suggestion- he's got me really worried - but i must add after bath time he's fine as if nothing ever happened.

i have 10 month old stafford who has a phobia regarding bath time, i was bathing him having to hold him by his collar ( not tightly i add) when suddenly he started to bleed from his nose and mouth. i took him to me vet and he said not to worry - so i decided to take him to a pet parlour for a bath and they told me the same thing happened( bleeding ) as they had to restrain him. And again yesterday i went to bath him some thing happened, i am going to see my vet again .sorry for long post

can you use advantix and proban together? as my dog loves the water so tick collar no good.

with the houndhouse kennels u can buy a water proof spray to cover it with as ive done and u can buy a door flap that just attaches to the canvas , i love it , off the ground perfect !!!!

That was me!! on ebay theres a shop called petproductsontheweb there flea, heartworm and worm treatments are the cheapest i've found and they have free delivery!!!!!!!!!! i've used them for the past 6 months

yeah i dont know his welts are from him statching all the time, nothin else has changed even in yard/garden always mowed short, no new plants in garden

pls help my little guy has been on pro plan puppy since i got him 5 weeks ago but in the last 2 weeks he has been stratching alot, i mean all the time, hes getting a very red belly with welts so i'm thinking he might have an allergy to his feed, he also eats chicken necks, beef bones but nothing else has changed. any advice would be greatly appreciated

HI EVERYONE FIRSTLY I TOTALLY AGREE WITH WHAT EVERYONE HAD SAID I BET THESE SO CALLED DANGEROUS DOGS ARENT PURE BREED PROBERLY CROSS BREED, JUST LAST WEEK IN THE LOCAL PAPER ITS WAS QUOTED THAT STAFFORDSHIRE BULL TERRIERS ARE THE NUMBER 1 FOR ATTACKS BUT THE PICTURE THEY HAD PRINTED DIDNT EVEN LOOK LIKE A PURE STAFF, I HAVE A PURE ENGLISH STAFFIE AND HE WOULDNT EVEN HURT A FLY, SO GENTLE WITH MY KIDS , U KNOW WHAT REALLY BUGS ME WHEN U WALK HIM ON THE SIDE OF ROAD OTHER PEOPLE WALKING THERE DOGS WILL GO TO THE OTHER SIDE TO PASS ME ( WHATS THERE PROBLEM!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!) ANYWAY MY STAFFIE IS BEAUTIFUL AND HAS THE BEST MATURE AND I DONT CARE WHAT THE POLYS, PAPERS AND OTHER PEOPLES OPINIONS ARE OF THE BREED.

hi everyone thanx for all my replies in regrds to my puppy eating his poo but he's still doing it and now my vet has suggested to change is food, he was on optimum my vet suggested super premuim foods - my vet like hills science diet but hills has never agreed with other staffies so i'm looking so something else. any suggestion would b great

hi i have just recently brought home our beautiful english staffy pup home and need advice in regards why he eats he eats his poo if we dont stop him in time? is he lacking something in his diet? used to see mum do this? or just a puppy thing? i've never had a pup that does this before any advice would be greatful thanx rachael
