*shivers* not a fan of spiders. I climbed up this tree yesterday (dont ask lol) and I opened the little bird box thing and there was this massive huntsman just sitting there.. i almost fell out the tree!! ah i feel like spiders are crawling all over me now.....

Jess: Obedience -CD Title -Finish training all CDX exercises and maybe sneak in a trial there Agility -train train train!! because I was chicken this year and took a break to focus on obed, so next year I probably will have to re-train quite a bit. -novice jumping trial -JD pass *maybe* and if that works out... -JD title -novice agility trial, if training goes well And if those goals go well, maybe try a bit of herding or flyball

Our first novice trial (that we don't mention), Jess dropped in sit stays, another two dogs (either side of her) got up and walk forward and another couple dropped. In our first novice trial that we do mention Everyone in stays that we were in stayed!

Try to perfect Jess' retrieve, and heel free. Me and my friend plan to get creative building some agility equipment, so just do some basic agility work, starting 'serious' agility work next year. My other goal is to get Jess swimming by the end of summer, strange dog loves the water but is scared to take her feet off the ground. As for Bailey, not even gonna try and train him anything more until I get some more weight off him!

We almost passed novice... almost!!! Some how, stil not sure how, but we passed heelwork!! 34/40! Don't know how! 30 for SFE, 38 for recall, and then when we came to COP, Jess suddenly forgot how to drop I guess there is a first for everything! Think we might be doing dumbell next year :D But.. she stayed!!! Jess... the dog that has about 10000 fails due to sit stays.. STAYED! Trust her to pass stays when we weren't passing Still very proud of little Jessie for working in the heat Only one 0, I can live with that

I think we're going to really embarrsss ourselves at this trial. Just had to remind Jess, how to finish, seems she 'forgot'. Heeling isn't gonna happen, I don't think Oh could be an interesting night...

That was also the way I was told to teach my girl. It did work up until now. My new plan is to reward any interest in the dumbell. Yesterday I had a bowl of chicken, clicker and the dumbell (& Jess of course ) and we have now got some interest but she still is being a bit weird with it. We're back to; 'she'll take it from my hands but wont go near it on the ground' again :D Thanks all for the help
