GORGEOUS! I'm so happy mum & bubs are doing well. Sorry for the loss of the one boy, but it's best to concentrate on the living than fret about the lost one. Can't wait to see more photos. Get some rest and give your girl a for being so good.

If she is calm and not straining, a couple of hours is fine. Ideally, we all want our puppies to all pop out quickly, but often the bitch has other ideas. If there is hard labour and no puppy after 30 minutes, I would definitely call your vet for advice. Can't wait to hear about the next bub(s)!!

Funny you asked! The babies were born ALL DAY today...starting at 6:40am and ending at 5:20pm. We had 3 DOA puppies and we will examine them on Monday to see if we can figure out what happened with them. We have 2 boys & 3 girls! The collar colours are: blue & green checks are the boys and pink, flowers and dots are the girls. I will try to get some pics uploaded soon

Those babies are lovely! Even when newborn, they have longer ears than other neonates. Congratulations!

Ultrasound confirmed at least SEVEN puppies from the frozen semen. Puppies due around 10/10/2009.

Surgical implant with 14+ year old frozen semen done. We'll find out next week if puppies are on the way. If there are, due date is around Oct 11.

If you don't have time for a dog, don't get a dog.

You can do both. Cream/sand/beige trousers, complimentary coloured shell/blouse with an olive blazer would look sharp. You can get pieces and mix/match and also get matching suits. There are lots of possibilities.

I'm here for ya, darlin'. Here are some ideas: cream/sand/beige with an accent coloured/patterned scarf muted olive green teal blue/green pastels (green, blue, lilac, etc) It just depends on how much you want the dog to pop behind your clothes. Earth tones are neutral and somewhat boring, but they can be made lovely with accessories.

They are called many things here in the states: bully sticks, macho sticks, etc. They are bull dicks, plain & simple. Dogs LOVE them! They last a LONG time with average chewers, but some dogs will chew them and try to swallow the entire thing. It's a chew that needs to be given while you are there to watch them chew. Once they get small, a few inches long, I take them away and put them in the rubbish bin. They come in a variety of sizes here, from a few inches long for toy breeds to over 3 feet long. They are expensive, but a nice treat.

Belgian Malinois "Mya" and her owner Mark Gose. Last weekend she won the overall championship at the Southern Ohio Disc Dog-a-thon by winning 1st place in pro freestyle, 2rd place in pro toss & fetch, 1st place in individual time trials, and 3rd place in extreme distance. So far this year, Mya has qualified to go to the UFO World Cup in Florida and the US Disc Dog Nationals in Georgia, both are in October. Last year she won a world title in freestyle. Enjoy the video!
