toby just had a bath. After having a "I'm still just a dog" walk after the show where he managed to collect hay and other goodies in his he went for a swim in the blow up pool and then a nice fresh bath - big brush out tonight - just for something different

heya poocow shame youre not coming. You show your rats? My daughter was showing her pedigreed guinea pigs but they closed the local branch of the cavy club meaning we would have to travel to sydney for her to show. It makes it a HUGE day for a six yr old. But she did do well when she did it and finished titling a boy she was entrusted. So if toby titles he wont be the first aus ch in this house LOL and yes Miss six reminds me of that ALL the time speaking of miss 6 she wants to play with mr archie again!

LOL Deb we need pics of that! I am only number 37 on saturday - that has to be the lowest number we have ever been and there isnt that many dogs in the toys group entered We are looking forawrd to the show and the kids really want to go but to be honest I wish it was just a dog show this weekend!

I got squishy puppy cuddles!!!!!! :rolleyes: you guys SOOOOO missed out maja and archie we the cutest!! You guys should both be entering baby sweepstakes in your first shows!! Maja's squishy rolly face makes her stand out in the crowd and archie well lets just say I could have stuffed him in my jumper - well the wriggling may have given me away but if you could freeze him the way he is now I would have my name on a waiting list!! Oh and Ash you MUST come to hills next time for training as for the second session in a row toby walked straight and well!! And free stacked beautifully!! honest he did

poocow is right I should have aeroguard in the car too as it can be wise out there in the evening. Tis ok hunterhound I refer to leo as lil leo and hes humungus!! Toby is really ferocious so best not to lan into his face unless of course you want it washed. Wish miss morgie did train here poocow

collar is up to you but traing on the collar you plan to use in the ring is wise I was told to only show train in the show collar and social walks in his flat collar. He does know the difference for training. When you go in the driveway it will be the group of cars straightaway when you go in cant miss it it will be the only cluster of cars along the road side of the rings. Well all be standing around chatting - dont be shy walk up and say hi! Like I said tobys a nutter and always up for play. Bec

Ahhhhhhhhhhh theres my big squishy toy!! Tell Leo I miss him I miss my friends so were hanging out to the next show guys!! While I may have sacrificed friday shows I am LOVING my new job and hours. So much less stress! so anyone keen for extra training or a socialisation for the puppies I would be keen to meet up. Alex, Toby and I have been trying to get healthy LOL and have been doing some great walks on the foreshore, warners bay ect. Toby is gaining weight finally and coat change is continuing here too Jess - only for toby it involves hideous matts hours after you have brushed him! We seem to be through the worst of it but I think I may just steal chester bear as my next show dog - great little dog, brown, short coat - watch out deb Oh and Hunterhound - naughty ones are the most FUN!! at least thats what I keep telling myself!

yep its been back on a while now (the starting bit was just to get the fortnight bit right lol) I wish it was weekly tho. tues 16th 6.30. I wasnt there last session so unless any changes thats it. Bec So every 2nd Tuesday starting 16/02 at 6.30pm - is this at HB?

Fiona was right daylight savings training is 6.30 from this coming tuesday night and is fortnightly - me and le brat will be there Look for the black and white mop the trainer will call him by "the naughty one" or "shittybum" - dont wory he worked hard to earn both names LOL YAY new babies to play with there !!! PF I keep trying to tell Gail to bring magic up this way - maybe you can convince her to do a show at hillsborough to see the bloodhound, I can play with magic............... and of course feel and touch howies fab headfall too heya hunterhound - you'll find a few of us newbies in this thread are either local to newcastle or show regularly this way There are 2 show training options too if youre interested. Some of us go to hillsbrough grounds every second tuesday and there is one sammy_ballerina and kristy go to cessnock way. Good socialisation and ring training as well as an opportunity to ask other show realted questions. Hillsborough one is only $2 a session. Bec
