My two Siberians are brother and sister which makes it easy to remember their birthday. They send out invitations to their mates a couple of week ahead. Then on the day I will make peanut butter and honey "crackles", pup cakes, bread with cream cheese, liver cake with cream cheese and bacon for filling and cream cheese and bacon sprinkled on top, various cookies. We play games like egg and spoon races through a small agility course with the dogs owner holding the egg and spoon. hide and seek where i will hide a hard boiled egg and the dogs have to find them. they totally enjoy themselves with the smiles on their faces make it all worth it.

The Ranger around here has been known for opening gates to get his quota, I was told this by my neighbours when I first bought my home, my gate is padlocked inside and out. But as no one can prove it with photo's or video he keeps his job

The two of us at the shop couldn't believe it when we were told. The dog she had in the shop was a malt shih cross so I asked her what breed the other was and she said a Staffie. Which should mean nothing but in this area I have heard of another two Staff's that were pts for killing chooks even after the chook owner voiced that he didn't want that. But the attitude of the local rangers is well it's a staff therefore the next victim could be a person.

A young lady came into the shop today to buy somethings for her now only dog as she told me he had just lost his mate. When I asked what had happened I was blown away. She told me that one of her neighbour's chooks flew into their back yard and was killed by one of her dogs. Someone called the Ranger about it and the dog was taken away and they were told that either the dog was to be put down or the would have to pay nearly $400 for it to be rehomed. They had over 15 letters from different people including the chook owners that the dog should be left alone and not taken away but the Ranger was not going to budge. They paid the $400 to rehome the dog which now lives in NSW somewhere

Mum use to give one of our girls either some ginger or junket to settle her down before she went in the car.

my fur kids love raspberry and honey, chicken and tarragon, well they like almost everything I make for them.

I'm a chef but got sick of working when my friends are going out so now I only cook for my fur kids and now the shop, thanks for the great idea's. I think we will make it a celebration pack that way it covers everything. I only use human grade ingredients some of my treats include - apple and cinnamon, raspberry and honey, cheese and flaxseed, pumpkin and cinnamon, carob and cornmeal, banana and honey and heaps more running around my head

I make dog treats to supply a local shop and now have been asked if I could put together a "party pack". Would you have a party for your fur kids? If so would you included? I use human grade ingredients with the occasional liver, chicken, beef etc I was thinking liver cake with light cream cheese as topping, patty cakes and peanut butter and carob crackles
