she might just grow out of it, my girl dug about 3 holes, each hole i coverd so she couldent dig them anymore and after she jsut forgot about them and that was it, no more holes.

looks more then fine to me, nice and fit. the more weight they run around wit the harder it is on there joints

def not under weight, 21 kilos is fine, the dog is 8 years old and very healthy

could you post a picture, not saying this is you but i find alot of peoples dogs are overweight and thats thin dogs are unhealthy. you should be able to see a bit of rib.

its inside the nail, il try and find a pic, ive heard the dogs saliva can casue it, some chemical reaction when they lick there feet

Has anyone else noticed a dark red colour at the base of a few of there dogs nails, like internal bleeding of the nail mabey, its not the quick its right at the base and goes bout 1/4 way up the nail of a few of them.

Bulldogs and Terriers were used by 'Sportsman' of the time who looked to other forms of sport/entertainment and so it came that the Bull and Terrier, the Pit Dog, breed by black country steelworkers and miners specifically for the purpose of Dog fighting was born. sorry but im sure they were not originally bred to be indoor family pets The SBT was highly prized and as Ellz said , they did infact live in the home and the reputuation of the "nanny dog" was not something that came about as a result of living in the back yard. As the blood sports became more frowned upon and eventually illegal, the SBT survived because of it's affinity with the children and it's family orientation. yes, but they were not originally bred to be kept indoors. later in there life yes no doubt about it. jsut not originally

even tho my dog sleeps inside and is with the family most of the time dogs have lived outside for thousands of years and been fine. i do think its eaiser to train a dog and teach it some manners when there in the house with the family and you can help them out with what is ok to do and what is not.

maybe because the greyhound is not a restricted breed.

i got a 20kg bag of dog food a couple months ago, i store it in the bag it came in and i have only opened a corner enough for my hand to get in and grab some food then i seal it up and close the lid on the big container i have it in. how long does kibble last for? and is there a better way to store it?

i feel the same way as my dog sleeps inside and spends alot of time with the family aswell, so i like her to smell nice

ive done some reading about how often people wash there dog, there is a lot of mixed answers BUT i do hear alot that you should only wash a few times a year, or your stripping there oils ect, when speeking to my vet he sed he hasent washed his dog in over 9 years i personaly wash my dog every 2 weeks and shes fine. what about the rest of you?

so was i in a way when i got my girl done, but she never even noticed the stitches or anything, the hardest part is keeping them quite, they act like nothing happened.

i dont want to board, one on one would be good aswell as small group location is around the sydney city
