Walking 'around The Block'
Parkeyre replied to all that glitters's topic in Health / Nutrition / Grooming
Do you know of anyone who has a very friendly dog that you can walk with her for the first few times to get her confidence up? -
Ollie is handsome. look at the face. =] I think I might have to steal him through the night.
-
Try giving him a bath, and see if it's excess dirt or something?
-
I know.. I know. =] But I can be a fall back safety net for Ollie. I don't mind. =D Had any more thoughts on which one is staying LP? Lacey still looking good?
-
He's just fantastic. Millie would love him.
-
If you have trouble homing Ollie, PM me. In all seriousness. =]
-
Inspector Rex; you can have em all but Ollie, i want him
-
LP; where are these pictures you keep promising us?
-

-

is her bladder control good otherwise? Consider heading to the vet or petstore and buy a bottle of PissOff for the carpet. I'd put paper or plastic down for her incase she pees, not really sure what else to say
-
Wowza, she was beautiful. Rest in peace gorgeous.
-
I had an idea! =] You should go to the local floor surfacing company (the ones that pull back your carpet and do up your boards) and ask if you can buy some decent size carpets that they just rip up and throw out. My OH's FIL owns the local business here, and we got enough to cover our back entertainment area. It's obviously not going to be fantastic, and not permanent, but it goes over our cement out the back great, and if you put rubber on the bottom of the carpet in the corners, i am sure it would stay still enough for you to walk on untill you get the floors done yourself. =]

Always buy from a reputtable and ethical source. - Do your research and look for (and FIND) a Registered Breeder, or a Rescue Group that desexes before releasing. Dont ever buy a puppy from a petshop or Backyard Breeder. Designer Dogs are mongrels. Plain and Simple. If you are not going to become a registered Breeder and do the right thing, desex your dog. No litter of "once off" cute puppies can be worth the risk of your family pets' health and life.

I had no luck finding it, but you could consider Driveseal. They might sell you some of the adhesive stuff, or you could get a qoute for the laundry Its a cement based decoractive coating that has been designed and formaulated for resurfacing concrete and is skid resistant. The texture of drive seal is an added safety feature in both wet and dry conditions. (reading this straight off the cataloge). www.driveseal.com.au or 1300 36 70 70

I always say research what you are doing first. Don't ever do anything on impulse.

Can we have a size comparison between the puppies and the stunning Kinta? Maybe a picture of her with all her lovely puppies at her feet. =]

What's your best piece of advice you can offer that regards to dogs, puppies, first time owners, people who are looking at purchasing, dog diets and excerice, desexing, papers, breeders, people who would buy more then one pup at a time etc? Anyone thing i listed, as many as ou like, or something totally different. There are so many dog lovers here on DOL. What's your advice.

Panda could be the Face Of Pawsitive Australian Shepherds. =]

do you mean like some sort of brush on grip that stays on the tiles? We did this to our parents laundry as the old dog was constantly slipping, I'll ask them what we used for ya tomorrow, unless someone beats me to it and answers it for you
