Hi Guys We have finally got to Perth tonight after 3 days travelling. Am very tired. Does anybody know where there is some training during the week we can attend too. Thanks for that -
Well done Kavik and Ness. Brilliant run with Kenzie apart from a couple hick ups lol I would say it was a refusal at the broad jump though. Nice entry to the weavers considering from what I have heard quite a few dogs missed it. My brag for the day Gabby got another 2 passes in ADM making that 6 with 1 more to go and another pass in JDM what a girl. Inka got another pass in ADM with a second and she did her see saw and stopped on it yipeeee. Off to Perth tomorrow with the long drive ahead. O what joy!

Congratulations to Bedazzled Amy pie and Kyzer and DSO and Jess and other people I may have missed. Thought I would put in my little brag. Today we were in obedience and it was warm (poor dogs) My 11.5 Year old Xena won Open and beaten her sister Inka in open (she did her sit stay Yah) and little Gabby got her 3rd leg of her OC with a win in UD (poor bugger not a happy chappy as I have already packed all my stuff and she has been sleeping by my suitcase) Inka in ud after having a lovely snooze in the sun had to go off to the ring well took my dog but I think her brain was still snoozing she couldnt find the start peg and was running all around the three rings trying to find it she hasnt done that since we started ud and my poor little old girl that was doing brilliant hit the solid jump and bruised her toe poor little bugger. Off tomorrow for agility and than I'll be on my way to Perth

Hi Lyn Long time no see Congratulations
-
I am so proud I havent had a weekend like that where we had so many runs and so many qualies usually its the dog or me that stuffs up but they were on song. Especially young Gabby she seems to have understood a little bit about the course and is doing well especially in her weavers where sometime she does them and sometimes its like she has never seen them but she just drove through them the whole weekend. One of her weavers she nearly went pass them and corrected herself to get around the correct weaver. Good little girls hopefully we will be like that at the nationals

Hi guys I am on holidays at Robe at the moment borrowing my brothers computer just had to have a little brag as I am so proud of my girls yet again. We have just been to Mount Gambier for the easter weekend doing agility had 28 runs and qualified in 21. Young Gabby got 3 of her ADM passes only a couple more to go we have broken the draught with the weavers I hope. She did them brilliantly. She had 12 runs and passes 8 and she also got top dog over 2 days. Inka got 6 passes out of 8 and Xena my 11 year old got 7 passed out of 8 managing a first place and got beaten of another 1st place by .01 sec. Had an absolute ball. Nice meeting you Leopuppy

Puppy Testing For Dog Sports
xena98 replied to bedazzledx2's topic in Training / Obedience / Dog Sports
I dont know I never done any puppy testing at all. Its just gut feeling when I see the puppy. Gabby I rocked up at the breeder and there was this little merle tri laying next to a little boy on the verandah looking at us and I said to my mum that is the dog I am going to have her. I thought that was silly you cant pick a puppy that way so decided to check out the other puppies but I kept on going to her. Have to say when I picked her up the following week thought I might have made an awful mistake as all she did was grumbled in our arms wouldnt move when she was on the floor. Apparantly the breeder said she was either full on galloping or crashing out and she is still like that today. All my other puppies were picked out like that as well -
Zug Zug I know Irma Crews who ownes Sisko which is Gabby's brother had won CCD and I think and I could be wrong but I think the lady from Dover cant think of her name at the moment she has two german shepherds. She has shortich red hair. I think she won novice

Congratulations Jess and DSO I would be proud of that score Well after being drowned with the rain that we never ever get. Gabby has just got spooked again and couldnt do the leather even though she had the correct one but the wood which we couldnt do before got 15 and so was the metal arghhhhh and than got told to drop for food refusal and just sat. but I have to say even though she failed and didnt work that great she got around as she hates the rain and she usually doesnt do anything at all but she worked through it all and even after being fearful with her leather continued to work. Another brag a friend of mine who has Gabby's brother Sisko. My friend has been very sick for the last 12 months having breathing problems was so excited to get an invitation for the State Obedience had won CCD so proud of those two. My little old girl Xena got 2nd in open with a score of 192 being beaten by her sister and she got third in ud with 179 (was very naughty forgotten how to sit in the sendaway. Inka was a very very good girl and she has become the 2010 State UD and Open winner. She got 193 in open with a first and 186 in UD. Won beautiful cups hopefully Rivsky can do a photo and upload it for me (pretty pleasssssssssse) And after all that got home to find blood on Inka's leg to find that Gabby has sliced her pad great so hopefully she will be fine by easter as we have an agility comp at Mount Gambier

Way to go River and 1st place to boot :D Have to have a little brag myself. Good old Xena my 11 year old won open with a 1st place and 190 points. Inka my 8 year old won ud with 190 and Gabby my little 2.5 year old who is scared of the dark cause the boogyman can get you got a first place with 187 so that is her 2nd leg of her obedience champion. Tomorrow we are off to the State Obedience Championship. Too qualify you had to be in the top 10 in the class so all of my girls are in ud and Inka and Xena are in open so I am going to be a bit busy lol
