Were of to the Riverland on the weekend the saturday I think we were swimming more than jumping and poor little Gabby hates the rain so didnt work too well and it wasnt a nice birthday present for her as she celebrated her 7th birthday. Gabby only passed 2 on the saturday with a first in JDM and a second in ADM and the sunday won 2JDM and ADM. What a good girlie. my little part time border collie Islay got two AD passes one a fifth and a first gaining her AD title. Not bad considering I only get her to train once a week in class for 45 min so am really wrapped with that
-
You forgot to mention that we all went swimming on the saturday though lol
-
what kdf Gabby doesnt even bother with the sitting in front for the tidbits she just helps herself by jumping on someone and nose is straight into the pocket and before you can even get her out of the pocket the food is gone. She only ever does it to people with food in pockets lol Gabby has also disturbed a couple smooching at the park she decided she should have the smooching oops lol. As a youngster she has also jumped into some guys car and gave him a few kisses and jumped back out and continued her running. At least we dont do that anymore lol

She is a good girl actually all three of mine are great and was so proud of them even my little part time border collie that we fluked a pass in agility and wasnt even ready for lol. Thanks for the photo Piper loved the one of Inka looking a bit wild in the weavers lol

Well here is my brag from today from Gabby and Islay Back from our second day at Gepps Cross Obedience Trial. Might have to do more classes me thinks lol. Gabby was a very very good girl. Had her in her first udx class since my trial and she was so so good and passed with 194 and first place Woohoo. Than off to Open and came out with another first place and 195 points and than off to UD with another first place on 194. Talk about being on a roll. What a good girl she is now tucked up and is sound asleep. My little part time border collie Islay got her final leg in CCD and got 98 and first place. Now off to CD land. What can I say about Inka same judge as last week and yep once again did a 360 on the stand for exam when the judge said return to your dog. Inka competed yesterday with a different judge and didnt do it had the same judge last week and did it than.

Hi Trifecta well we had big wet patches on her chair etc and we were going to go off to the vets to get some tablets for her but than I read about that and thought I will try it out and if it doesnt work I will go off to the vet. Do you keep your dog on it or do you stop. Wasnt too sure how long to keep them on it though. I couldnt believe it worked though. Nice to clean beds etc lol

Just thought I would come back on here to say it has helped my dog this Corn Silk she has been on it for 2weeks and she has stopped piddling so am really pleased with that. Thanks Trifecta for the idea

Thanks also to the judges great courses and the stewards keeping the rings going. Gabby was great over the weekend brains came to Whyalla. We had 15 runs over the two days and we passed 12 out of 15. Good girl Gabby 2x1st ADM, 2x1st 1x2nd,1x4thJDM, 2x1st ADO 3x1st JDO 1x1st GDM What a good girl

Yes, I make approx half a tablespoon (it is very fibrous & difficult to measure so I pack it down in the measuring spoon well) to one cup of boiling water. Leave to steep & give 1 teaspoon of brew per 9kg of body weight twice per day. My girl is 24 kilos so I give her 3 tsps twice daily. She actually likes it & will lick it up. I make a cup in the morning which does both doses & chuck the rest out at night. It's cheap.... about $7 for a 50g box. I think most health shops would stock it. So how long do you leave it in the boiling water

Woohoo well done Tassie with your fur kids. Especially with Miss Kirra who isnt an obdience dog as such. You can have a nice spending spree in Bunnings lol

What a weekend my girls have had, well Gabby did lol. We had our Southern Districts Agility trial, and with a stuffed up back we didnt do a bad job at all. AM trial Gabby got a 3rd in ADM and a 2nd in ADO and the jumping side well what can I say, taking out a jump in one class and ignoring a command in the other. PM trial was much better with a 1st place in ADO, JDM and ADM and a 3rd in JDO. Today we were in Gawler doing Rally. First time doing RAE. More courses to remember, and I did a pretty good job in that. Both Inka and Gabby got their first 2 legs of RAE.Gabby got 97/100 in Excellent 1st place and 97/100 in Advance 1st place in the am trial and the pm trial 97/100 Advance and 1st place and Excellent 96/100 with 1st place. Inka got 92/100 in Excellent with 2nd place and 89/100 in Advance in the am trial and the pm trial 81/100 in Advance and 83/100 in Excellent. Woohoo. Thanks Gina for handling Inka. My little part time border collie Islay got her Rally novice title Woohoo what a girl. 95/100 in the am trial with a 2nd and 93/100 in the pm trial. What good girlies that I have.

I am on here. Still on cloud 9. Sad news I lost my heart dog Xena last wednesday. She was 15.5 years old. She had done so much for the coolie world. Xena got her OC and her AgCh title got the Australian record for the fastest 60 weavers. Xena was a very successful girl in both obedience and agility. She also got her UDX title being the first in SA. Well on Sunday my other coolie Gabby got her Grand Champion being the first in SA to get that title, at the tender age of 6. The celebrating is still going lol So it has been a bit of an emotional week for me and my proudest moment. Good girlie Gabby love ya. Miss you Xena my heart dog love ya. Oh cant forget Inka love ya too lol

Yep Tassie she loves it pity about the brain that just doesnt seem to stay in the ring lol
-
Lol Tassie My friend is doing her in open while she is waiting for her dog to be trained in open. It's so funny watching them two Inka had been retired from obedience for about three years cause of those blasted sit stays and she has done them at every trial. One thing she had been doing is not doing the drop on recall she has sorted that out but her heelwork well what can I say about that she did try and go into the other ring to get the seekback but than remembered what she was doing and came back into heelwork. They do part company every so often but when she remembers she heels lovely lol
-
Thanks for that Cleo's Corgwyn

well I have another brag too yesterday we had our obedience trial and we cracked another pass in UDX with a score of 189 we only need one more pass for Grand Champion woohoo Also had a win in open with 197 and had a good score of 191 till we ate the food plus the fingers with it arghh Inka was naughty she lay down in the sit stay including about half of the other dogs as well lol Hopefully next week we will get our last pass
