There's my little man, what a clever cookie he is, but he's getting so big Are you at the sgility trial this weekend? Not this one, Mirrawee is busy, good luck if you are in. Your little man has to keep growing he's still smaller than my Gizmo, but is all legs at the moment. :D All legs and ears! heheheh Hey that Pap in my ACWA class has his first agility trial this weekend I know the one, its a lovely little dog, might try to get down for a looksee if I get the chance. I know the other Pap in Agility is doing quiet well and got at least one of its titles recently.

I might have to set that same challenge with my Banjo , I did enter him in the WC this year but scratched him because we weren't ready and we still haven't trialled . Varda was entered in her first obedience trial in about 2007 then came into season so was scratched... and she still hasn't trialled There's my little man, what a clever cookie he is, but he's getting so big Are you at the sgility trial this weekend? I will have to watch the video at home tonight ;) No agility trials for the Aussies until the 13th November ;) LR, Varda had passed the rock prior to going to the vet yesterday apparently ;) Maybe that is why she woke me up at 2.30am! Slept all night last night though and only grumbles this morning not screams Video is abit dark but wanted to keep track of his progress as I didn't do it enough with Jenna. Glad she's passed it, poor little girl is probabaly abit raw inside, bet she gave you a few grey hairs though with the screaming and not knowing what was wrong to begin with. Hopefully she has learnt her lesson given the number of rocks on your property.

You can also get 180cm long leads at most Kmart or BigW pet sections if you want something longer than the normal lead (which is usually 90-120cm long) but not the 8+ metres of a lunge lead. If the breed is very small I have seen really long small dog leads in the $2.00, Crazy Clarkes and Red Dot style stores can't remember the length but at least 5metres I'd say.

I haven't done a Halloween party since high school, and my homemade pirate outfit was a complete disaster :D Last Hallowheen I went to was when my boys were really little tykes, Did one up as Dracula and the other up as the devil, but money was tight so I used an old sheet to make the devil costume and instead of coming up red when I dyed it it looked more orange. Adults didn't dress up though, so this one is being held by my niece( her parents held the other one) so is an adults dress up now. Might be mean and test it out on Jenna before I go.

Hey entering just for cake and drinks sounds good, maybe I should aim to take a little dog into the obedience ring since I broke the big dog. Mind you I'll probabaly break any dog with my poor handling skills and fear in the ring. Here is the little dog I'm thinking of, lots still to learn.

Sending out of Perth to Melbourne is normally cheaper than flying into Perth. More freight goes into Perth than leaves Perth so outbound freight rates are cheaper. As a guide Airport to Airport (16kg-pup and crate total weight) Perth-Melbourne Pup in new (purchased not hire) PP40 crate $155.00 whereas Melbourne-Perth the price would be around $175.00. Obviously the heavier the pet and crate being transported the greater the price variance. As for flying out of Canberra, you are limited to Qantas/AAE as Virgin do not fly unaccompanied outbound pets. AAE can be a bit pricey to forward pets out of Canberra. Geez! I'm I reading this right, that sounds way too cheap.I enquired last Christmas about sending my roughly 18kg bitch to Melbourne for a mating and was quoted $600 odd each way. Who do I contact about getting my dog transported for these rates and more importantly are they good at looking after the dogs being transported.

well done time for a cool drink :D Brilliant! Looks like you had a great time I'll go for a round 10 Hope all goes well for her Shimi is just adorable, good luck sleeping over the next week Tiggy Took Louis off to his Reactive Rover class yesterday where he did very well. It's nice to see him relaxed and comfortable around other dogs there. I think I'm going to take him along to the Northern Suburbs classes on Sundays as well, as he needs more regular exposure to other dogs in a controlled environment - which I'm hoping obedience training will be :p We go to Northern Suburbs - may see you there, we are in the later classes though. I do as well i am in class one a because i have been slack look at the clock and roll over and go back to sleep lol. But now i have the obedience bug i will be going again. Even though i am having a halloween party on sat i intend to go on sunday Yep, I'm going to a hallowheen party on Saturday too over in the northern suburbs, we will have to post pictures of us in costume afterwards.

Naww Millie, why were you looking away!! Love the one with Rosie next to them, too, you can tell she really wants to be a Lab when she grows up :D Trixie in her hat ;) Yes, Lab heads fit hats nicely Great shots, sorry I didn't join you all but had too much to catch up on at home. Pity though as I could have got my SLR back from my youngest son who lives on Broadway, bought it last Christmas and the only person who has used it so far is him.

Poor Varda, glad its nothing more serious but sounds like your animals are putting you in the poor house (I'll have company when I get there now). Hope no surgery is needed and she's home soon, give her cuddles from me.

Before you know it Rubystar, you will have this, and then when sprung given the tummy up cutey look. ;)

Sounds a bit like Millie but it was at my parents house and Dad would let her up but she would never get up when I was around, cos she knew I wouldn't let her ;) I'd like to laugh but Millie ate mum and dad's lounge that I tried to keep her off but Dad kept undoing all my hard work and let her when I wasn't there. It took for her to eat it for Dad to realise it wasn't such a good idea ;) There isn't much chance of them eating this lounge. They aren't left inside when I'm not home and it's not made of foam covered in thin material like that lounge was! Well as quiet a few of you know Jenna sleeps with me, broke the habit after mt trip to NZ as I took advantage of her sulking, but went back to it when I came home from being out with Mirrawee and friends one night and it was cold. Jen is a great bed warmer. With regard to the settee, Jen just goes to jelly if you try to kick her of, Giz is usually on my lap if he's up and is often competing with the cat. ? is not allowed up at this stage unless I can hang onto ? ;)

Sounds like my backyard too. My cleanrun parcel is at the PO but they couldn't leave it at the PO 1km away they had to leave it at the one about 7km away, were is the logic.

Can you imagine a pap running over jumps with a tennis ball in his mouth? Would he even weigh enough to set off the ball machine? Mmm second try at a response don't know where the other went. Gizmo can carry a tennis ball, no worries (BIGMOUTH!)but he's kinda old to start jumping and certainly abit light to set of the ball machine. He would have loved flyball I'm sure. Jenna has tried it and was doing it quiet well (although they were only training and not building the speed yet) when they were trying to get a demo team going years ago for the Royal, wonder how she would go these days. Can someone let us all know if they hear where they are going to be doing it and when, would love to try it again.

Can you imagine a pap running over jumps with a tennis ball in his mouth? Would he even weigh enough to set off the ball machine? Well holding the ball might not be a problem if Gizmo is anything to go by, but certainly don't know that he or any other little Pap could set of the machine. Jenna would be only too keen though. Gizmo would have loved flyball as he lives for balls, but alas way too old to handle jumping.
