I'm going. It looks like a nice day out. I'll go Sunday I think. Free parking is great and all kinds of animals including Ragdolls. I wonder if there'll be some papillons?

This whole section is an absolute wealth of info and inspiration...you guys have created an amazing resource on here! I am currently reading through the Past Challenges and was interested to look at the Rule of Thirds...I think I have naturally operated on that with compositions. I am already aware of the challenge of getting things in focus, plus played with editing on Flickr with the above Tonka shot because I think it may be too dark. Would you say my week 1 portrait of Tonka is too dark? I actually discarded most of my shots because many were out of focus when I saw them on screen.

I changed this thread as I just thought to set a date and see who drops in. I have chosen Centennial Park as parking is easy to bring your dogs, shade is available in summer and there is loads of space for a dog park situation. I'll set a date and time and we can see how it suits people... So 2-4pm on Saturday, 15th of February, near the War Memorial Rotunda. Bring yourself, a blanket, your kids, your dogs, a coffee or beverage of your choice, poo bags and best dog park behaviour. It is a dog park setting so I hope people will be okay with this.
