  1. Hi! No, I've been slack (and have just sent of my DogsQLD membership) so have been waiting til I get my number. A map would be awesome! I'm only about 20mins from Ipswich... I think DogsQLD said I should have my number by the end of the week so I'll give them a call tomorrow, then Ann maybe on Monday!
  2. We've only been out twice total... I'll get back into it I promise! I do need to get a bike pump, and find a decent track around Brissie I can use that's not super busy to start with... I'm not 100% comfortable riding on the roads with the dogs yet just in case. Plus - is it legal? I think the one who needs fitness training is definitely me! While the dogs would struggle at the moment I'm DYING from 20mins or so! I also need my bike monitor fixed!
  3. Thanks guys! I suck at night photography, and just lucked into it!
  4. Jumping tooshie: Pouncing butt: Wrestling tooshie:
  5. That's such a cool little squiggle Shell! How big would you want it?
  6. Will go back and look at everyone's photos later! Here is my really quick catch up!: 6/52: 7/52: 8/52: 9/52:
  7. And 1 more I really like... Louie 8/52:
  8. I've finally gotten around to editing my photos and can now post them! I've still been doing 1 a day, just lazy with the uploading! Here's a selection! 44/365: 45/365: 51/365: 57/365:
  9. Wow! Everyone's photos are fantastic... I've been shooting, but not editing, so had about 3 weeks of stuff to go through tonight! I'll a selection of my weeks 6 - 8 for the boys! Louie 6/52: Louie 7/52: Not the best photo but makes me laugh! Banjo 8/52: I promise I'll try to keep up to date more!
  10. Thanks K&P! I might bring a friend if I can find one who wants to come! Otherwise it'll just be me... Would you believe I've never driven all the way to the Gold Coast before... I'll find it though!
  11. Anzac park is good but can be busy... so it's a bit of a toss up! There is a big dog and a small dog area though, and some agility equipment... The place for Sunday looks awesome! I'll be there with the boys, seeing as I'm working Fri & Sat! Yay! Do we have directions for how to get there??
  12. As long as I'm not working I should be there!
  13. Next time you see them tell them he's been sick and has to have a special diet, and that you just want to make sure he's not getting anything extra from anyone. Easy peasy!
  14. Hi Abbie! I was just being a blonde and thought Nik had only put up NSW dates.... oops! I still have to join DogsQLD (I'm in Brissie) but am PUMPED!
  15. There aren't any I know if that will be quiet on a weekend... bugger! I'm happy to drive - I won't be able to make every meet, so it'll be an adventure once in a while!
  16. Thank God I found this thread! I'm planning on doing the ET with my boys this year. First with Louie, then with Banjo... We had our first biking experience last night and they were really good.. I had flat tyres, so it was literally a 5 minute ride but it was good fun! Anyone else doing the ET in Qld? Where do you find the ET schedule? I've been struggling to find it! Oh, and I think I'll be investing in a new bike seat AND padded shorts! My butt feels every little bump!
  17. I'm westside Dandy - so everywhere's a bit of a drive for me too! It's worth it for every so often though I think!
  18. Hi all! Im just starting my boys out in foundation parts of agility - we'll get back to a club when it starts soon! (I'm so excited!) Does anyone have links for the 2x2 technique? And any other helpful links for send aways to objects or anything else that might be good for us? Thanks!!
  19. Oops yep it was - sorry! I was looking at who had which dog! He's not 'aggressive' as such - he'll just snap/growl if meeting nose to nose. If the other dog tells him off he'll back right off, and is normally fine apart from that. Yay! I'm excited now! Just praying I don't have to work!
  20. I'll bring a crate or two and alternate my boys so they behave themselves.... I mentioned today to GG85 that Louie has some on-lead aggression (anxiety based), but he is fine if there is a 'soft' introduction (we've been working with a behaviourist). e.g. walking side-by-side or crating then letting free when everyone's a bit calmer and no nose-to-nose introductions if possible. I don't want this meet to be a bad experience for anyone so we won't come if it's going to be a busy meet (doubtful going on past history!?) If we do come, please don't hesitate to let me know if you're uncomfortable with me bringing him or him meeting your dog/s. I'm pretty on top of things with his behaviour, and like to have him meet other well balanced dogs, with owners who understand behaviour! Thanks for the therapy session! ETA - so that'll be me with Banjo and Louie all going to plan!
  21. Yay! As long as I don't forget it's on like I did last time! Oops! Did we get an answer about whether it's fully fenced or not?
  22. I'm looking forward to the 6th March now! As long as I'm not working!
  23. Sorry we didn't stick around for too long today! It was lovely to meet you guys, but the actual event was a bit dissappointing! Hopefully next year it picks up a bit more. Oh, and glad that Tess is ok after playing a bit too closely to Kyojin's mouth! (or Kyojin too closely to little Tess!)
  24. Beth (LuvLottie) is now coming but has to come in from Gatton... so we're going to come in together. Don't wait for us, we'll wander around and hopefully find you guys! I hope you get this in time! Silly me for not getting any phone numbers!
