  6. I am leaving shortly so if anyone wants my number, PM Pandii, she has it.
  7. i know for human wounds you can use magnoplasm to draw things out of the skin, don't know if it would work for a dog. have you tried softening it with salt water and using some tweezers?
  8. I heard about the poisonings, so best to avoid Albert Park, because last thing I want or need is a poisoned dog on holiday. Harris Park sounds good, or the beach. If anyone would like my mobile number just PM me. ETA. would prefer to go to the beach than a park
  9. Yes I am. Friday 2nd Oct. OH's contract renewal was confirmed, so all is good to go. We are hoping to be in Warrnambool around 12-1pm, so if someone would like to organise where to meet, that would be great.
  10. *backs away slowly* Sorry! It will take awhile for her to get that big
  11. Yeah she's still only a littlely. Shes about 3 feet now and will grow anywhere between 6-12 feet fully grown
  12. Nah its ok, feel free to add more pics. I LOVE reptiles.
  13. Artemis, my QLD [coastal] carpet python. She is 2 years old and about 3-4 foot long. Ignore the crappy quality of the shots. Its really hard to take photos of a snake that was just sitting under her heat lamp and all she wants to do is climb OVER the camera!
  14. KPM, would you please put in the date for the picnic? 18th of Oct for those who haven't seen the thread. Location and Details Here
  15. hey ashle, If you still have it, I'm interested. I've been meaning to try my dogs on a dry food for awhile, just haven't got around to it Will PM you with my number
  16. My OH and I are also travelling on the long weekend [coincidently through Warrnambool too] with our dogs. All up we are doing about a 2000k trip. Our dogs are quite used to long trips [don't get car sick often]. We've travelled to Port Pirie and back numerous times with them, and all over SA. Normally they sit looking out the window for awhile, then just snooze until something interesting happens or we stop. Ours aren't crate trained so they lounge across the back seat. Don't forget some toys to keep him occupied.
  17. Yes Alice on my 'to steal and keep' list I'd have to say she is one of the most gorgeous dogs I've ever seen. But I do agree with most in the thread, its more likely she's and ACD/Kelpie cross.
  18. Thanks Shell Tried it out tonight. It works ok with a point and shoot [camera has a full manual mode] Will post some of my attempts shortly
