How exciting for you Tez. I think Jane will be fine she is a happy sort of dog that will prob thrive with a companion. And he might even help Jane run off some of that excess energy that she has I know it has certainly help sniff calm down having another dog Wow Scout looks an interesting mix of dogs and I think he is the luckiest dog in the world to be going to live with you and Jane. Cant wait to meet him. Love the name Scout (That is part Boofs Dads pedigree name and I just love it wish we had name Boof Scout instead of Boof lol Bloody men!!!!!!!!!!!!!! ) Cheers Janet

Hi Tez, Best thing we ever did was getting another dog. As much as Sniffy trys to boss over Boof they are still the best of mates and miss each other when one is gone. They got along pretty much from day one (maybe not quite as much as TLCs tho lol as Sniff would never sit still long enough to get puppy cuddles) From this To this So yes we did see a change in our first dog but was a good change and they do keep each other company. Was thinking of coming over to have a look see tomorrow BUT I think this weather may have set in and I going to be a sook and stay at home I think lol Unless there is a major heat wave over the next couple of hours. If I had of know this yesterday I was in Geelong and could have dropped it off some where for you to pick up :p :p Anyway it seems you are all sorted but let me know if you want to borrow it for a week or so. No Need to get him desexed as yet. He is on main register and we are not in a rush to decide whether or not to desex. And still might show him yet as he is still only 14 months old we have plenty of time to make decisions yet. And can always have him as a entire pet dog like the stud dog that JJ used for his last litter. His breeder would prefer we not desex him for a while yet also. Have you got many going for your walk ?????? Where you going??? or just in the yard @ harris street?????? Pity I cant make it dogs would have loved it. Cheers Janet

Sorry havent had a chance to post been busy with work. As far as I know NO time or Day has been set as yet. That is why nothing has been posted. And that is why No one was there last Wed night as nothing had been discussed. Tenties did text me and ask me and I told her that I could NOT make it and AFAIK TLC couldnt make it and as we did NOT know of any others interested she decided not to go up there alone. If you read back through the posts a bit it does say that the time was going to be changed and i would let you know when that happened. lol Not to mention that the weather was sh*t on Wed night with that sea mist coming in gggrrr. I also sent a P.M to those still interested in the training to see what time and date suited most and will have to catch up with Tenties to see what suits her. Weekends def suit cavelblaze and myself the best, but will be a decison on the majority. Did anyone go to Ballarat on Sunday??????? If yes how did you go ????? Hi Pandii, No not ignoring you just busy. Worked all day and now getting organised for a open house inspection. I still not sure of time and day but will let you know when I know. Jess The Warrnambool obedience club (harris street) still have the flyball equipment BUT you have to be a paid up member to get your hands on it and even then a paid up member for a period of time. I have tried my terrier out with it and he loved it but was going to be way too much of a PITA if I wanted to continue. I am sure if there was enough that really wanted to do it we could get some made (could prob blackmail my OH into making some if we could get some plans as he is a stainless steel fabricator) LOL WEIA you made my head spin with all those choices. Hard to believe that there is so many different things you can do with a dog and yet we have hardly any choice here in Warrnambool. Cheers Janet

There was A Min pin in the ring but it was for Group not breed. I think it was puppy or junior. No it wasnt Sue from Razaak it was Sue with Dane who was with Sway. I am happy to do some obedience as I find show training is also a part of obedience with the stand and wait, and the hands on stuff is good for all dogs. Also good for the dogs attention to have to work with others around that are NOT doing the same. Which reminds me that I will have to bring at hat to training as there was a jusge wearing a hat and I noticed it did put some of the dogs off when he was doing the hands on stuff. So if someone is happy to wear it and go over my boy for me I would be greatful. But it would prob be good for all the dogs to have someone wearing a hat go over them. Oh and your going to laugh but a skirt is something that I am aware that he is very unsure of. (hhmmm note to ones self maybe better start wearing skirts) Hey TLC want to walk today?????? Janet

Sounds very similar to what I heard only with 2 different breeds. But same ring :D ;) ;) Makes me wonder why I am even contemplating showing. But I did met some wonderful people over the weekend that i would like to keep in touch with so that olone will make it worth it. ;) I just cant rmember there names only there dogs breed lol. But have organised to meet them again at Noorat and maybe Ballarat this weekend if I get there. Cant believe there was only 1 ridgie there But at least I got to speak to her woner too. It was about 1.30ish??? On Saturday I was talking to a lady Lynn that had a blue fawn min pin pup as well as a tan boy and a tan girl. She also a groomer and now I cant remember where she was from, any way back to it lol I was talking to her and said I was a local and the lady in the purple top started to talk to me and said she was orig from here but travelling now. She had blonde/grey hair about shoulder length. And I pretty sure she said she was a member of DOL. I also saw here there today, but was not talking to her. BUT I could have it totally wrong and it may not be her at all. Will have to see if she comes back and replies. Sounds like there was some interesting things going on with the judges. Did you have any probs JJ or was it just not your day. I know others that had probs with 2 Judges. Janet
