Both my girls are domino's. It is a name of a pattern marking on a lappie also used in Salukies I think. Dominos are born with their markings already present. The Black and Tans will develop their markings as they grow. Domino gives the dog a sable colouring. Each hair on the girls has two colours in it. At the base it is light and the end is dark. Each time they drop coat the might come back slightly different. It is not a recognized colouring in Australia so they can not be registed as Domino. Alera is registed as Sable and Echo Grey and Tan (The grey goes away as they age). Just to mix it up Domino is also referred to as Wild Colour in Lappies. Here is a black and tan as a baby and grown up. You can see how the mask developed. On the other hand here is Alera as a baby and she has the same markings now. And Baby Echo so she does not feel left out. Here is an Adult Cream boy he is the half brother of the father of the pups.

There are a few born a year maybe between 4-10. It depends on which lines are involved.

I though it was pretty common for foxes to live in Urban areas. Why not get an easy feed of scraps if you can. There are lots of parks and places from them to live in cities.

Yes the are a lot of fun to be around. They are just starting to learn what teeth are good for.

The pups were 4 weeks old yesterday. They are getting big now and have had a few visiters over and a couple of trips into the big wide world outside.

Yes the same can happen. You can get almost white dogs and also some so dark they can look brown.

The little one is a lighter cream and will stay lighter. Like this boy The other is darkening up a little and will be a darker cream when older Like this boy

So cute!! How many pairs of hands and how much time did that take? I struggle putting 2 in position. LOL I have done all my photos by myself so far. I put them on the ground on a vet bed and quickly snap photos and they stayed like that for a while. Lucky for me none of them wanted to run off very quickly. They were more of a problem with the individual shots as they want to wonder. I am sure it will be more trouble when they are older. Here are the boys and the girls
