Hitting The Ring For The First Time

I am glad you went well and had fun. -
I don't normally mind as I just read it on the net but as they are switching over that option is not avaliable now.
-
You can start when you like. Last year I started with Echo and Alera joined in when she joined my household.

Completely agreed. Was out the front with Halo and Akira the other day and Halo had to go and welcome (and get pats from) EVERY person who walked past. Akira ignored all of them except for the kids. The lappies are always at the gate at kepala as the self appointed welcoming committee when ever we have a day out.

Happy birthday Bronte.

Hitting The Ring For The First Time

Good Luck. I have to use food for Alera as it keeps her attention but it is a fine balance as she will offer a sit if not rewarded quickly enough. Alera won her first Best of Breed the other day against competition. It was three other dogs all but one older than her so it made me happy. Especially since the day before in two shows she could only manage to beat one dog to get runner up bitch challenge. She did really well in Group this time and stood for the whole time which is a plus for her she seems to have developed a radar for when teh judge is looking to take that as her chance to sit. Here is a photo of us in group curtsy of Lappiemum. -
I went out in the rain this morning to get those pictures. Bob was not so impressed especially since I chucked him up on a wall for it. Completely agreed! Come say hi in the Spitz thread, Katalily, there are stacks of Lappie owners in there. Could you paste the link for the Spitz Thread for me? I have no idea where to look Would like to join Kyla in . I love your pics btw http://www.dolforums.com.au/index.php?show...amp;start=46380

Mine for this week I can not choose between these two of Sir Buggerlugs.
-
Group 5 went to a Border Collie and and Aussie. Alera managed her first BOB against competition today. She was a good girl today despite trying to get back in her crate at every opportunity. Our gear that was left over night turned out to be a perfect cricket habitat and when we went to pack up a score of them were evicted to find a new hiding spot.

Congrats Serena. -
Bob for this week. I have not cut the grass in my backyard for ages and as I am mean I was making Bob run though it for a photo. Well run is not the right word he needed to bound.
-
Yes we can probably make up a good chunk of group 5.
-
I will be there.
-
That is great CC.
-
Yes mine decided yesturday was a great time to chase feathers in the ring and sit down at every opertunity. She has a great radar to know the perfect time to do it when the judge is watching her.

This week is Echo with an Alera Cameo.

Lovely photos. I love the one of the dog looking like she it is trying to catch it by hugging it.

It looks like Moo is floating on a bit of driftwood.
-
Mine for this week. Not so good it was taken outside in low light.

There are only just over 20 dogs entered in Group 5 for all of the shows. Oh well at least Alera will get some practice.
