How's Mac doin' today WM?
-
I checked and it all seems a bit odd, here is a link to their domain search http://whois.domaintools.com/wolfdogdownunder.com, it shows his address ( 16 CAMPBELL ROAD Alexandria) and street view shows tiny houses and also a real estate listing for rental--> http://www.domain.com.au/16-campbell-rd-alexandria-nsw-2015-9813582 When I search the phone number I got this... 0478 351 986 No matches found using standard search, try: PHONE NUMBER 0478 351 986 Mobile ADDRESS Australia there is a little info here also on Web Stats Domain http://wolfdogdownunder.com.webstatsdomain.org/ not in the ASIC register either I will also add that it's raining so I'm on the computer rather than walking the dogs :D

I am pretty sure you would need to ask your vet for a prescription which maybe ok if you visit irregularly but if your vet has diagnosed, treated and saved the lives of your dog(s) for years maybe continue with your own trusted vet and pay the extra.

I had a quick look and checked the reviews on the Vetmedin Capsules 1.25mg and one of the reviews (2nd last one) mentioned Petceutics, I thought hummmm so Googled Petceutics and checked the reviews on the Vetmedin and lo-and-behold they appear to be the same. makes one would wonder...same company or just sneaky?

O No Kirty, I am so sorry. What a lovely dog and to have to say goodbye at so young an age. "If love could have saved you, you would have lived forever". Have fun over the rainbow lovely Rupert

Is There A Product Similar To Synflex?
Boronia replied to Boronia's topic in Health / Nutrition / Grooming
Updating to say that there is normal poo so far -
Yep - seems to be the case with these oldies. Up and down: deeply asleep one moment and then perky as a puppy. How true DDD, Penny, who turns 17 in November, sleeps most of the day but when it's meal-times she dances around like a pup, she can't manage the steps (17 of them) very well and waits until she gets carried down but if she hears a bandicoot or a dog she whizzes down them like a two-year-old. Go figure :D

you are a worry Mr Mac! Glad it's cooler and that you are feeling a little sprightlier now that the pesky pup has gone home.

Yep, just snoozing on Mum's lap, dear little fella ❤

Is There A Product Similar To Synflex?
Boronia replied to Boronia's topic in Health / Nutrition / Grooming
I figured she was well in the weight range HW, you could always try her on 1/8tsp, you can buy them on ebay here http://www.ebay.com....=item4627d332eb They are hard to find in Aussie kitchen shops and when one is found it costs a fortune. I made one from a 1/4 measuring spoon by filling half of it with araldite (from front to back not bottom to top) sort of like this :D -
Is There A Product Similar To Synflex?
Boronia replied to Boronia's topic in Health / Nutrition / Grooming
I still have a little bit of Synflex left but I'll open the new bag of powder this morning and give them a little with their breakfast to see what happens. The dosage is 1/4 tsp up to 15kg but as my lot weigh between 7.5 and 8.5kg I think I'll give them less than 1/4 tsp for a few days, maybe about 1/8 tsp I'll update this afternoon when poo-time has happened -
I think you should have told that woman that a blow fly had scared your dog She would have replied with "Oh, his name wouldn't happen to be Stan then?" hehehehe edited for crook spelling

Happy Birthday beautiful girl. Go and get some pie for you and coffee for your human slave

All dogs, regardless of size, have to wear a muzzle when travelling on our mainland to bay islands ferries. The dogs soon get used to them.

I'm sorry Perse. Dear Gertie: you can do some barkin' at the stars until the cows sheep come home now

New "dibs" Dog Food With Fish Oil & Turmeric
Boronia replied to snoopy69's topic in Health / Nutrition / Grooming
I'll need more turmeric shortly and went to the ebay store to check the cost compare with WM's Country Park Herbs. the ebay store had very bad feedback and appears to have gone down the gurgler This is the store http://feedback.ebay.com.au/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewFeedback2&userid=rosa_herbs_spices&iid=-1&de=off&items=25&which=negative&interval=365&_trkparms=negative_365 I reckon I will go back and edit my recommendation in post # 5 Off to check out at Country Park Herbs -
try searching the words scam bulldogs Treasurelea_kennels they also breed Frenchies by the looks and advertise on Locanto...the scammers friend. they appear to be in two places-->Parooba Avenue 46, Camp Hill 4152, and Moir street, tailem bend 5260 There are only two Bulldogs for sale in Locanto (not Treasurelea), $400 and $300 What a Bargain! I can only see their ads on facebook, not much of a recommendation. Instead of emailing it maybe an idea to phone some of the breeders in the DOL pups section and ask when it would be convenient to them to have a chat about their dogs

I had to look at the Papillon agility and found this and that first little dog sure can run! and the little one who skids down the see-saw :D

Is There A Product Similar To Synflex?
Boronia replied to Boronia's topic in Health / Nutrition / Grooming
I HATE doing comparisons, they hurt my head But the ebay powder that Spotted uses appears to be, per gram, the highest for Chondroiton and Glucosamine as well as being in powdered form. It is 100g less and $5 more than this one http://www.ebay.com....=item35da5e5104 and comes recommended by some of youse guys (a little Aussie vernacular there to cheer up your morning) so I reckon I'll buy this one http://www.ebay.com....=item233281df7d thanks DOLers -

Thanks for that link SAS but it doesn't say how much Glucosamine is in the product. I also saw this powder--> https://www.ovedshorseandpetstore.com.au/dog/dog-joint-health-and-arthritis/technyflex-canine-powder-100g looks ok but it's only 100g though so a bit up there price-wise and though it says it is a powder the dosage indicated capsules so I reckon I won't be buying that product.
