  1. NO NO NO NO NO !!!!!!!! I actually DO have mortein in the house, but it is from about 20 years ago too. Just used on very rare occasions and when I can't get those large slow flies out of the house. Spiders just do what they like here - . Please be very very careful if you use Mortein or any other spray with pets around - I lost a precious young Siamese after she ate flies killed with Mortein.

  4. Our deerhound wouldn't eat bones or raw meat - if we gave him some he would stand away and look really sad and then look at us as though to say "you forgot to cook it" but he loved fruit ,vegies ,pasta and rice - funny dog he was

  9. Some small dogs are really bad. It got so bad with my deerhound that he started peeing himself everytime a SWF came near him poor boy

  11. Hope she is feeling better - no sign of it here with Jaana and Keely - apparently it is very bad at the moment over in the Eastern States
  12. There is a Pharoah Hound that goes to my local dog park -apparently they got it from the RSPCA unfortunately is has not been socialised so is a bit "rough" but a beautiful looking dog
  13. We introduced Jaana as an 8 week old Lappie pup to Keely our 5 year old wolfie x and it was love at first sight for both of them and they are both females. However as others have said I guess it depends on the individual dogs and their ages.
  14. It was a great meet and lovely to meet other Spitzes and everyone else - however I think Jaana still wins the "Most Talkative Dog" award

  20. Yes I have received lovely cards from 2 vets after having to PTS 2 dogs. Much better than the response from specialist doctor when my mother died

  23. I have just looked at these on http://www.chillizone.com.au/index.php?act...mp;productId=27 and they look great but I wonder how tough they are as both my dpgs are bed destroyers. I would be really scared of them tearing the covers open and inhaling the beans . has anyones dogs destroyed a bean bag.????
