Sounds like KC to me Luger had those same symptoms and ended up really bad and required antibiotics. Don't want to worry you but better safe than sorry, go see the vet on this one.

We got Luger our 9 month old Boxer desexed yesterday it cost us $450, we got the IV drip, pain reilef and a small cyst removed at the same time but he only had 1 desended testical which made it more expensive. Our vet might not be the cheapest but I think the extra we pay gets our boy the BEST possible care.
