  1. Yeah I have it saved on my desktop where it has been for months. I get too bored and my mind starts to wander. I learn best by being shown so some Youtube tutorials will keep me focused!
  2. I really need to watch some tutorials. There is so much LR can do that I have no idea about. I didnt even think of that. I thought I would have to read to bloody manual. Thanks kja
  3. Ooh your going to have lots of fun! Bugger the washing. You can remove blemishes by going into 'Develop' up in the top right. Then below that there is a circle that says Spot Removal when you hover over it. Thats where I do it anyway. I havent read the instructions booklet so there may be a better way. I export my files by going up to File - Export with Preset - Burn Full size JPEG. This way they dont shrink the size of the file Hope this helps.
  4. I love it. In an ode to Jerry Maguire - You had him at 'Hey Cow'
  5. Wow such a diverse range of pics from everyone. JS that shot is unreal! You have become a fantastic photographer. I thought about you the other day when I took my camera to the markets. I tried to get some candid shots of people but didnt have the balls in case they caught me. I think I need a reeeeeallly long lense Pandii thanks so much for the compliment! I see your in Melbourne. You should get yourself to the Junk Company http://www.thejunkcompany.com.au/ in the city. Its where I got the wine rack from. Lots of lovely old bits of furniture LOVE Hey Cow SBT123! Maybe that could be Februarys Challenge
  6. Cool Cat Snap! Love the colours. Jan 4 effort for me today - Wino - We picked up a seriously cool wine rack a while back. Its actually an old postmans work station. I have no idea how old it is but I just love it. The only problem is that I love my red's and seem to drink them faster than I buy them so its usually quite empty! Thought I would stick Cam in the background to make it more interesting.
  7. @ LWC Well I came home to no destruction at all! Well a couple of drink coasters had been relocated to the back yard but thats it! They are now completely passed out. Me thinks they may have had a big day
  8. You funny woman. Poor Mr Bec is just a piece of meat Ok heres one of Asha cutting my lunch
  9. Yeah I would be very very surprised. Glad I can share their love story in here
  10. Thanks Malamum Ruth I'll admit I was slightly nervous about getting another dog just in case they didnt get along as well as I had hoped. Its just turned out better than I could have expected for the short time that its been. He has even stopped sitting on her head now
  11. Just a quick little update on Asha because she is going so well!! I feel like she has always lived with us now and its only been 2 1/2 weeks Her and Charch are getting along famously and today is the first day they have been left at home together for the whole day. Fingers crossed the house is still in one piece when we arrive home. They are both now allowed inside and out as we have a dog door for them. I made sure I put anything and everything away that could be used as a tug toy! My favorite thing about her so far is that she cleans Charche like he's a cat! She licks his ears and face while he just sits there Its very cute. I need to get a photo of it. We have been all over the place these holidays including camping and she just goes with the flow. She is great in the car, great with all other dogs, fantastic with our little nieces and nephews... I really think we hit the jackpot with her. I just love her A couple of recent pics of her just because.

Jan 3 - Mystery Boots Since I have lived in Melbourne these boots and clothes have sat on this wall between the road and the beach in Middle Park. There is obviously a story behind them as they are stuck there permanently. I wonder if maybe someone drowned there?? Anyone else know? Im on a mission to find out! Edited to add the mystery is solved! http://julieshiels.com.au/street/margins-tommy.html

  15. Great work everyone !! Too many to comment on this month Jan 2nd - Camelion I like the way Asha sort of blends into the rug. Im loving that I have a new photography subject and I think Charche is enjoying the break. Edited to add another shot. Was only going to add one per day but this face I think this is too precious to leave out

  19. Hey Erny can you please tell me where you get yours from? I used to get ours from South Melbourne markets but she doesnt stock them any more Petbarn stock frozen roo tails, sheeps necks and some other difficult to find cuts of meat at reasonable prices with date stamps on them too... i pay $3 for a 1kg of roo tail. Thanks Tyler
  20. Hey Erny can you please tell me where you get yours from? I used to get ours from South Melbourne markets but she doesnt stock them any more I purchased mine through "Porky's" in Cranbourne. But their price went up and this time around it worked out at $3.25 per bone - these were pre-cut. Minimum order is 20kgs (which isn't as much as you think) and the total cost of that I think (can't remember accurately) was $52.00 or thereabouts. Last time I got some the bones from there they costed out at I think about $2.25 each. They come frozen in one great big lump (sealed in a heavy duty plastic bag). I tend to find that by the time I get back home they have begun to thaw just a little, enough for me to wrestle the bones apart (takes a bit of work for some of them), bag them separately and pop them in the freezer. I wish my boy was better at eating (having probs) as he is very spasmodic about whether he'll gnaw on a roo tail (or any bone, for that matter) and I find that a good number end up just going to waste. Great! Thanks will check these out.
