Our Staffy X had the same problem. Unfortunately it could be a number of things. We first tried her diet and got lucky. Vet advised us to keep her on a strictly roo diet for 8 weeks. She totally stopped scratching. We then introduced chicken and straight away the scratching came back. She can now have any other meat except chicken. I believe this is not one of the common problems. I think beef is often the culprit. It could also be a certain tree or grass in your yard. Its a process of elemination. I would suggest speaking to your vet.

This is why I want to watch it but dont know if I will be able too. Some close friends have watched it and said im going to have a really hard time with it. Like you said though, our pain fails in comparison.

I thought some dolers might be interested in watching this. Note the warning below. I didnt get very far in and had to stop. There are some pretty disturbing images. 10 mins 30 seconds in, they start showing puppy mills That was me out. I might try and have a go again later as it looks like it will be a brilliant doco.
