Thanks for the tips ! It seams that a large majority use Susan Garrett's followed by Greg Derett's books and DVD's. I've had a look at the clean run website and it looks very impressive including the extensive range of supplies. Thanks again I was pleased to see such a response to my enquiry.

Has anyone had any experience with Jane Simmons Moake's training instruction series of dvd's or books and if they can recommend it or what else can be recommended to me please. Cheers
