Well today Dharma and Trek were a topic in STATE PARLIAMENT and they are calling for an investigation Unbelievably the Spirit of Tasmania haven't even been in contact with Chris and Tony since Dharma and Trekkis tragic passing! Not to mention the fact that they today were unable to locate her carTheir incompetence and serious lack of compassion shows no bounds

Dharma an Trekki were wonderful ambassadors of our breed. They were a credit to their breeders Rakaaz Rottweilers and Sandzena Rottweilers and also to their wonderful owners Chris and Tony White. These dogs will be sadly missed by all who knew them. Heartfelt sympathies to my friends Chris and Tony. Dharma and Trekki, may you both run free at the rainbow bridge. You will be missed but never forgotten, your footprints touched the hearts of many.

Jett had her ultrasound today and there was no evidence of puppies

Cleaning up after a ton of puppies is very hard work. When they went to their forever homes I said to my OH, I miss the puppies soooo much but I do NOT miss the cleaning up of poop!!!

Jett's ultrasound is booked in for Wednesday next week, could have had Monday but didn't know the vet who was on so I took the Wednesday appointment instead. Last time they counted 8 puppies, x-ray showed 12 and she had 14 Fingers crossed she is in whelp, she looks like she is swelling to me but perhaps I am seeing what I want to see

Not all breed clubs have this requirement, so I was not sure exactly what you were meaning. Thanks for the further info... Ahhh no problem, I thought that's what you meant, but wasn't 100% sure

Our paperwork is different. It's not on AVA paperwork, it's on National Rottweiler Council of Australia paperwork and our scores are open for all Rottweiler Club members to have access to. I don't know what you don't understand in my post

This is true! Can't you see the evilness?? OMG, she's so nasty she will kill me with her cuteness ;) I love how she's trying to eat her way out of her crate. Jett is nearly 4 and still thinks she can lick the crate open.....mind you, she can live open the back sliding door if I don't snob the lock properly

Regardless of the breed, I am weary of any dog I don't know. Any breed of dog can have an undesirable temperament, not just large breed dogs or small dogs, even those medium sized dogs can be a bit 'off'.

Jett whelped day 58, 5 days early. She had 14 puppies naturally in 4 & 1/2 hrs

How accurate that would be is questionable as not all dogs in each breed are x-rayed, many breeders don't xray if they don't want to use a particular dog or bitch in their breeding program (for whatever reason). Dogs placed in pet homes may not be x-rayed either. Additionally, in my breed, the amount of paperwork that is given out compared to the paperwork returned to the club is quite significant. Some vets can read the xrays and will let you know 'roughly' what the score is going to be and there are some breeders out there who would rather a disqualifying hip score not be made public knowledge so don't send those results to the approved reader who in turn forwards his results on to the club.

Mine HATED Biolac (sorry typed divetalac by mistake). They Loved goats milk
