I am one of those people who have bought the 'older' puppy. Jett was 15 weeks when I took her home and Bandit was 6 months old. I didnt have the crying at night etc so was nice and peaceful also didn't have 'land shark' teeth ;) Good luck with placing your older puppies, the right person will come along, just you wait

Just to let those interested know, this book arrive today - so took nine days from UK to WA. Not bad Oh, and it was $36 AUD including the postage costs bugger, I just ordered and paid $44 for it.... oh well c'est la vie - cant wait to read it.

Thank you so very much. There is track 1 trial at KCC park next month which I am going to have a look at and then start practising with them both after the baby is born. This is something I have been wanting to do with my girl since I got her just hadn't gotten around to doing it so had made a decision that next year we would attempt it. I will definatly be joining the Tracking Club of Victoria and attending one of their workshops, I had heard from others that they are really good too. Just thought with so many books around there are probably a few that are suitable to for beginners and knowing my luck I'd end up ordering one that was for experienced trackers . I saw him the other day at the shops in Berwick, he didn't mention that he'd left. Bob is the BESTEST EVER VET!! Didn't know he had moved from Stud Park (we used to live across the road). Is there anyone here who can make a Banner for me please. I am putting together a calender for the Rotty Club of Victoria and need a banner for the page I am sponsoring? It will have my Prefix, web address and personal details on it. I have tried to do the banner generator stuff myself but honestly I suck at it *LOL* and I no longer that PSP8 on my computer or I'd be able to do it myself. I would like the colours to match with the photo I will be using on the calender. The space allowence for the banner at the bottom of the calendar is 281mm x 30mm. If anyone can please help me it would be much appreciated. As I said I would normally be able to make this myself however without PSP8 I am lost and those generator things are doing my head in *LOL* Many Thanks Trina

I have heard of people brining in prong collars by unlinking the "chain". They are then only bringing in metal objects which is not illegal (so I have heard)

I 'still' have the same issue with drop with my bitch, first dog that I've never been able to drop without food - she is the most stubborn dog I've ever come across. Its so frustrating, I am ure we will be in Level 1 for ever, she is 18 months old now. She is so focussed on the food that nothing else matters.

I am so very sorry for the loss of your beautiful Bliss. May you find peace in the fact that she is pain free and is amongst her other black'n'tan angel friends at the bridge. RIP sweet girl. :rolleyes: Trina
