The conditioner did the trick and it's out now.

My Maltese x Shih Tzu has got a piece of sticky fly paper tangled into the fur on his lower chest, typically it happens just as I was planning to take him for a full clip! The paper is about 30cms long, but only a small portion is stuck to his fur. I've smothered it in doggie conditioner to try and help it to lose it's stickiness and that is helping, but is there anything else I can do to ease it out faster, he won't let me anywhere near it with scissors. Any ideas?

Thanks for your replies, I need to get an appointment this week. ~*Shell*~, is the Regal Doggie Boutique in that centre across the road from Bunnings? I think I saw an ad for that place somewhere. How crazy that they won't go to Carlingford, it's minutes away from Epping!

Either salon based or mobile service and am happy to travel locally to someone highly recommended. Wanting nails trimmed and a full clip done for summer on my Maltese x Shih Tzu.
