  1. Got mine Well and truly big enough for the Bloodhound - who was trying to get in it as I was puttling it up *L* Thanks for the heads up Secret Kei
  2. Yogi - you hang in there and start getting better Robbi - you look after you and yours too
  3. Sending him "Go and see the nice people with the smelly food" thoughts

  5. Aw bugger Robbi - not fair!!! Sending him healing thoughts, kelpie kisses and bloodhound slobber - if we can help out at all let me know
  6. Chipped in some for this boy - love these dogs and have so much respect for those of you who get out there and do things to help
  7. ...sorry - forget that I posted
  8. My dogs would be going with me too - when I asked OH if we wre in the situation some of the Victorians were in - given 10 mins to evacuate - his first answer to what to take -The dogs!!!
  9. Good on you for picking him up Ker - good luck with the council - I returned the little yappy thing from around the corner to his home this morning after we saw him pooing on the corner Their side gate had blown open and he had taken himself for a wander - nice little boy - I suspect he is a bored little outside doggy though
  10. Kerri - if you PM me bank details I can pay you before the date
  11. We asked for a smoochy pup - and it is only now that I am feeling the smooch - I think with the size of him - Bloodhound - and the occasional resource guarding he did when he was a few months old I was a bit overwhelmed by it all - add to that the fact that OH did nothing along the lines of training etc. But now I am much more comfortable and he is definitely a smooch - just loves people. So the bonding has been a growing thing - probably because i think too much about his behaviour and its implications and trying to be consistent in my training whereas OH just loves him *sigh*
  12. Have cancelled the September Meet as it is Fathers Day and the Adelaide Show is on - next one will be Sunday October 3rd unless someone wants to plan one inbetween
  13. Wow - never thought seriously about this - had enough issues thinking about where the kids would go if something happened to OH and I - and THAT was hard enough. Earl (bloodhound) - I would like to have his breeder contacted and have first option of taking him - given the size of him and my familys circumstances I think that MDBA Pacers would be the next best option - if he was of good health and age. Rosie (kelpie) - well - she might be easier for one of the family to take - given size as a consideration - but she can be DA - fear based I think and so there may not be anyone- so MDBA Pacers may have her too. The kids are only young - if they were adults then the dogs would go to one of them and this is something we will discuss with them
  14. It was the little grin on her face that cracked me up the most
  15. Poor thing - hugs to the family - run free sweetheart
  16. Nah - no danger - she looks like she already morphed
  17. Jo - however this goes I know you will do the right thing for Banshee - she has come so far since she came to you and maybe you are both ready to take the next step into whatever the future may hold. Either way your funny little gremlin is coming into her own - what a wonderful thing
  18. Caught Rosie the kelpie in a rather undignified sleeping position - and managed to take a photo before she moved *L* SPRUNG!!! Dammit - she caught me Any to add??
  19. Excellent - have just ordered one of each from you wagsalot
