Our bloodhound did this one night (in my chair that he was sleeping on at the time) he must have had a fright because he woke up suddenly and let out a real "WOOF!" and looked confused for a couple of seconds - we thought it was an explosive poo - but the smell - horrendous!!! The vet said it was his anal glands - weirdest thing I had ever seen - but - on the bright side - it did clean off the chair reallt well.

That Bloodhounds can and will retrieve a toy when thrown. That just because he is big doesn't mean he is a scary monster. That he still thinks he can sit on peoples laps. That they are not big Basset Hounds.

We have a staffy ball for our 2 - bloodhound and kelpie - they only get it occasionally - only because the kelpie chases it round and barks at it - it has hel up well though - and they love it

liking the idea of a beach meet - will bring the long leash so Earl can have a paddle.

I'm on school holidays then - would love to catch up with another DOler and a fluffy - whatever breed it may be - and Earl loves fluffies *L*
