I feed once a day then sometimes we miss a feed because he just isn't hungry specially in summer. He isn't very food driven at all so it doesn't bother my boy. And would much rather go for a run then eat.

just an update for anyone interested. I went to the chemist and brought a syringe and some saline and have washed his "youhoo" out a couple of times and it has helped so much. I hardly see any droplets around the place. I think if I do it regularly we will see no more discharge

I have also been brought up around dogs. Mainly ACD's and a silky terrier. I have always loved dogs and have always wanted my "own" dog. They were never purebred they were always brought from a friend thats bitch accidentally got pregnant by the mutt up the road or something. Then back in 2006 my OH at the time his friend owned 2 ridgebacks. They weren't people friendly and I hardly seen them. All I heard was their growl and barks and I just LOVED it! Then one day I went over and they were in the house and they allowed me to come in and sit on the couch, the dogs just sat on the floor and I was just mesmerized by the growl and the loyalty and well mannered monster dogs! Then in 07 i purchased 2 ridgebacks a brother and a sister and have never looked back. I don't think I know much about dogs, but more then the average person so I am happy with that. All my learning has been from DOL and if I wasn't apart of this community I don't think I would have ever known as much as I do now.

oh my boy is the worst we go to dog parks and he isn't even interested in playing. I think he just loves to smell his surroundings, he spend the whole time running around sniffing every single tree in the park at least 3 times and peeing on it at least once. And walks.... oh they are so much fun NOT! he loves lights posts and big bushy trees that he run into and hide in and have a big pee. but boys will be boys and he is 2, so no it doesn't get any better

If anyone owns any top level domains they can put a redirection on that domain so it goes to leostory. Thats one way.

You will only have to renew the domain. This usually isn't much. I work for a registrar and renewing a domain is about $29.95 a year but it can vary everywhere. I can see it is at enom but I am not to sure how much it costs there. It can be transferred over to another registrar. Whoever takes over the domain I am happy to answer questions, as I work in the customer care department of my company. I would be happy to put money toward the renewal.

Maybe they could get an older dog if they really want one. One that isn't a puppy and doesn't need care for regularly. Research a breed they want, most breeds have a rescue organization they could contact to see if they have any older dogs looking for homes.

If someone told me that there was a dangerous dog at the park I would keep my dog away from them. And I'm not Asian. . Your post implied that BECAUSE there were Asian they didn't know better. You might have meant no offense, but you are perpetuating a stereotype that Asian's don't know much about dogs. It is silly and untrue. So if some one told you that because a dog still had his nuts he was dangerous you would believe them? I said Asian because most asian people have a fear of larger dogs, PLEASE NOTE I SAID MOST and was implying "Oh great another person telling lies about big dogs to make them more scared of them" But didn't really think I had to explain every little detail. Well, if I saw an unknown dog in the park and someone told me that dog was dangerous, I would be vary of it (desexed or not) and would call my dogs away. If the person specifically said the dog is dangerous because it is entire, I would correct the person, but would still watch out for that dog as I would with any unknown dog. But I have no issues if my dogs play with entire dogs. Thats fair enough I would do the same. But this lady was pointing at him and saying watch out for him he is dangerous because he is entire and isn't allowed at the local dog park.

I had a dog run up to me, cock their leg and pee on MY leg at a dog beach The owner watched them do it then casually called them away now thats is a little funny, but not on behalf of the owners. Boss has actually peed on me once only because we got to the park and the dogs wouldn't leave him alone so he came over to me and they were still pestering him so he decided to pee on me

The other day I was at a dog park and I over heard this lady saying "You have to watch out for that big brown dog, he is dangerous because he isn't desexed. He's also not allowed here" Then I realised she was talking about my dog. I was gob smacked my dog is a loner he runs around the park by himself minding his own business he is more interested on peeing on everything rather then playing with dogs. Whilst some female dog over the other side of the park was having a go at every dog that came near her. What annoyed me is she was telling a young group of Asians, who wouldn't have known better. So every time my dog went near theirs (to pee on the tree next to the dog) they call it away or pick it up. And since when are entire male dogs not allowed at dog parks? I had to leave before I gave her a piece of my mind What are your "Silly people at dog parks" stories?

OMG who the hell carries a plank of wood around? Seriously what a crazy B!tch. I would have done the same as pawprints no one touches or threatens my dog.
