  1. I asked about this earlier in the year and noone could give me a definitive answer, and alluded to the fact it was only for GSD's. Sure, I didn't actually phone the organizer to find out first hand, but still :p I hope it's open to all breeds, then I can maybe do the other dog later on. Though very doubtful I will make it to one as my previous attempts at training for it have all been failures!
  2. In the very small amount of biking my girls have done, I haven't taken them over 6-7km/hr... I need to build them up to that!! We've done 2-3km's at that speed at that's it. I'm so slack!
  3. Or you could look up when NSW have theirs and if it coincides, enter her over there?
  4. Why, what other plans do you have in June? Another trip to Europe? :p
  5. I think the September one is only for GSD's as part of their big test.....?? So I'd be aiming for June just in case
  6. So we really should get our ET training underway then! Thought you were doing it with Trixie, though? I want it for Ruby as she hops and picks her feet up when we walk on the road and gravel, such a princess  But might do ET with Millie.
  7. Thanks, that is different to the one I saw when I was looking last time!
  8. Hope she is on the mend soon!!!! Does anyone know if you can get shampoo bought in from overseas, or will it be confiscated by quarantine?
  9. I think scrap all goals and just make it your goal to make your OH let you have your Aussie pup ;) I'll have more of a chance if we move, one of the jobs he's after is in Perth Good-o, move to Perth and I can live through you and your Aussie pup
  10. Best wishes for Ari xx Hope it's not too serious!
  11. Hope my dogs don't read this - or they are going to start asking me to put sheets on their beds My dogs must do something for me first to get what they want. They know not to hound me while I am eating, and I never throw them food while I am eating or cooking as I don't want dogs hanging around being a pest. I've told my dad that the dogs are not to be thrown food either, but when he thinks noone is watching, he totally ignores my instructions for MY dogs and throws them (more so Millie) food when he is eating or cooking. So now Millie sits and watches him eat, and only him, because she knows who the one is that just gives her food. Whenever I am visiting and he is eating and she is watching, he will ask me to call her away. Now I refuse to. Told him it's his problem, he did it to her and himself. Gives me the And yes my dogs are loved and are very spoilt! On my terms
  12. Does anyone know if shampoo would get through quarantine?
  13. You big bunch of enablers!!! :p Speaking of enabling, I bought one of these when they were on free shipping earlier in the year. If you don't already have one - highly recommended!!!!! Road Refresher Non-spill Dog Bowl
  14. I'd say that since I haven't even placed my first order, my self control is pretty damn amazing I wish I could still work Easter Saturday's at my old job I did through my study years. Double time and a half on casual rates
  15. I think scrap all goals and just make it your goal to make your OH let you have your Aussie pup ;)
  16. I (currently) have my order down to just over $80. I have stuff in my cart for family and friends (who are paying for it) plus a few presents for mum's dog for Xmas so it brings it to over $100 so I will place my order soon I am wondering if I should have culled the cool puppy shade panel.... I have one cart in one browser worth $260 and another cart in another browser worth $160 and I should just go bugger it, check out with the expensive cart! Why doesn't money grow on trees Unfortunately I can't pick up extra shifts at my work. It would be called overtime and they would only give us time off in lieu and no extra dosh! Stingy bastards! (besides, not a lot of work to do anyway, why do you think I'm on here on a work day ;))
  17. Don't really want to stick my nose down their ears to breathe in the nice scent
  18. Oh Apricot would be I love fruity smells so if I can find a reasonably priced fruity shampoo that smells good on the dog, not just in the bottle, then I'd like to try it! I am more of a fruity person than a florally perfumey person, so I'm surprised I like the Fido one The oatmeal one I bought had no smell and it didn't lather so I was going through heaps of it. The tube was small and more expensive than the 500ml of Fido!
  19. Yeah I wouldn't use this one for a show Lab A soft coat would get me disqualified from the ring no doubt (though I'm fairly certain my two would be laughed out before the judges even laid hands on them! :p) For pet dogs (who don't have sensitive skin), I love it and it's so cheap! It's what Pippa's groomer uses. P.S. Not trying to have a "best shampoo debate" here, just wanted to share how yummy my dogs smell and I want to keep touching them
  20. Some unexpected expenses are making me re-assess what it is I need to buy! Have culled my cart by $100 and fear I need to do some more trimming. Poo!! :p
  21. Bugger, good point Oh well, they can be bathed in off training periods They just smell so delish!! It's starting to wear off, though, but at least they don't smell bad! ;)
