  2. I am feeding my Maltese Purina Supercoat and she seems ok on it. We have fed her lucky dog and did feed the springer this but they had real sloppy output I used to use the supermarket "homebrand" varieties but was told that they probably werent good enough. And I have stopped using wet food but since reading some threads on here i think i should go back to a wet/dry combo. Our staffy cannot have Pal as it gives her bad gas odours!! I am trying her on Nature's Gift wet food and will try the maltese on it too. Coles have had 8kg Supercoat for $20 the last week (but it ends tonight).... savings of around $4 a bag!!
  3. Thanks for that.. I have no realised by reading your comment that maybe I am trying to do the wrong thing by my babies.... Dry food morning and night must be so damn boring!!

  6. Hi all (Especially the Hobartians).... I am after some recommendations for grooming services in the Hobart area - we are Eastern Shore - as Mia the Springer Spaniel needs a tidy up and a nice bath etc.... I have taken Archie to Choice in New Town and have contacted Best Friends at Acton..... Some recommendations would be good thanks.
  7. Thanks for the replies.... Will get cracking on it straight away. Mia looks like a sheep at the moment.. Poor baby...
  8. Our new addition is a Springer Spaniel.. and she is fat... how can we make sure she is feeding enough without overfeeding her or starving her? Currently she is fed twice a day with tinned food... (naughty me)... and there is often a bowl of dry food around to nibble on... I am after some constructive advice please....
