Abit sad that you can judge a place on reading a staff profile, I have spoken to quite a few people and they all say the staff are fantastic. It would suprise me if a place like that would put up with someone you discribe. It will be interesting to hear other peoples views I took my dog there today and they were all fantastic, helpful and polite.

Has anyone else been to woofpurnay vet hospital in Narre Warren North? Went there today to check it out. They gave me a tour of the whole building, really nice people even though its big its family owned. The dog pool is great, they are open 24 hours a day. You can watch surgeries in an overhead gallary. Hydrobaths, a pet supermarket. They do dog training and grooming. The horse hospital was huge never seen anything like it.
