  1. Wow!! Check out the boobie bar on poor Neko... lol! Stunning photos regardless what you think Kirislin... and the babies (and Neko) are looking the epitome of happy and healthy munchkins... T.
  2. I am so going to have to try the patient thing and try to get kittens sitting on or in front of a dark background... but I'm still thinking that your photos are way better than anything I'll manage to get... *grin* Seriously, your photos are stunning! And trust me... no-one is noticing any blurred areas... I didn't until you mentioned them! T.
  3. Hot damn powerlegs! You take amazing photos... I think I'm gonna have to get me some lessons off you! As you probably know, I'm volunteering with Fox Rescue... and we also take in cats and kittens that need photographing for their Petrescue adverts... I'd love tips on how to get photos like yours of our kitties! T.
  4. You'd be amazed at where dogs will decide to have their babies - regardless where you may have set up a lovely birthing area... lol! Blossom the Rotti decided that on my bed was the place she was having hers... Zeddy wanted to have hers beside my bed (half under it in fact)... and Trouble picked the computer room floor. I had lovely whelping boxes set up for each which they had happily been sleeping in and nesting in... until the contractions started... *sigh* T.
  5. Stunning... and Marcus is a very good sport... lol! Let him know that the ladies of DOL are grateful... hehe! The babies are starting to resemble little doglets now... and look so healthy and shiny... an awesome job is being done methinks... T.
  6. I have a fairly extensive dog emergency kit... people kit though... not so prepared... lol! Gotta have the priorities right, yes? T.
  7. Awww... love the little ring-in... lol! T.
  8. I'd set her up in a safe area - safe from snakes - and see how she goes... she may just be fine being an only dog... T.
  9. Can we request a photo of Marcus sitting down with all 3 babies on his lap or similar? Please? *grin* How is Arkey's leg doing now? T.
  10. Has Neko allowed the whippets to have a look at the babies yet? If so, what do they think of them? Gonna be fun times when they get to go outside for the first time... T.
  11. Secret has almost caught up to Mystery... but it will be a while before either of them catch up to FB... lol! Remember Neko's litter... wasn't Arkey a bigger boy than his sibs? He turned out perfectly normal in the end... *grin* T.
  12. Seriously... that the RSPCA vet didn't pick up any of those issues prior to selling the pup, speaks volumes for their 'health testing'... May I ask how much they charged you for Nora? I think you would have a very good case for getting your adoption fee back at the very least... and possibly all of your vet costs too. I'd be looking at small claims court if the RSPCA don't come to the party... those issues SHOULD have been picked up before selling the pup! T.
  13. A big Happy Birthday for tomorrow Danny... I hope your Mum has stocked up on all your favourite edible and manageable treats, and that she spoils you even more than usual! T.
  14. My experience is with crossbreeds, but have lots of it... and I reckon your little ones are ahead of the game with their walking and playing with toys... T.
  15. From my experience most puppies start to wobble around on their feet at about 3 weeks... so whatever you are doing with them is seriously working well! As for picking up and playing with toys... your babies are well ahead in that area too... They just get more stunning every time we see them... T.
  16. Pink newborn jazz hands at that... makes your ovaries tingle, doesn't it? T.
  17. Yes, this is the organisation I'd recommend as well, you don't need a puppy, an older dog can be trained as well, good luck with it. :) Yea Mind dog is the group I am in contact with, they said I can get an older rescue dog which I would like but I really want to get a puppy because it will be easier to train plus that lifetime bond Don't limit yourself because of preconceived ideas of the trainability of an older dog, or by the size of the dog... there are plenty of junior aged dogs in rescue of all shapes and sizes that may just be suitable for your needs. T.
  18. Any excuse to show off Marcus' hands again, right? lol! T.
  19. Whatever colour she ends up, she'll be as pretty as her mummy I'm sure! T.
  20. When I go to the larger photo, I'm seeing tinges of brown in there, but that could be lighting, yes? T.
