I've seen a litter of 10 pups where it was obvious that there were multiple fathers... like almost all of the pups were very different from each other. T.

Hopefully the cops will beat the whereabouts of the other two out of the idiots that had this bub... and they'll all be back together tonight... T.

The baby has now been found and returned to Symbio... still questioning people who had the baby as to the whereabouts of the other 2. Fingers crossed bub will be OK now it's back with it's mother... but they really need Gomez (the father) back, as parenting is mostly done by the male partner, and poor Iti is stressing out... T.

Lurcher cross Labradoodle (Lab/Poodle)... Frenchie/Pug/Maltese... We saw a lot of Corgi/Kelpie crosses when I was with rescue... The strangest I ever saw was a Staffy/Maltese... she was the size and shape of a staffy, but had whispy white hair... it actually looked not too bad, and she was a lovely dog who ended up in the best home ever. T.

So when it's directed at Tranter, it's cyber bullying... but when she does the same thing to others, it's "education"? Old news or not... it's pretty revolting behaviour IMHO. T.

The logistics of vet checking a baby chimp are huge... they need to sedate the mother and the little one at the same time... and then there's Zuri who would get a bit upset at the other 2 being checked over, and may need to be sedated too... as she's still dependent on her mum also. If it keeps growing, they will do something about it, but if it's not bothering him, the best move is to watch and wait... T.

I noticed the lump on his mouth too... I'm thinking that his keepers are watching it closely... T.

Genetics provide us with the initial buildng blocks... environment builds upon those to round out the unique individual. T.

They still don't understand that effective policing of current legislation would probably have the desired effect -rather than just adding another layer of legislation that won't be policed effectively to catch out those actually doing the wrong thing... *sigh* Effective policing of legislation would require an investment... and no government wants to be spending anywhere near enough on that... grrr! The transcript of the Pets Australia submission is interesting... the committee keep referring to "scum" (certain breeders)... WTF?? T.

I read a number of the transcripts, and have come to the concluson that the committee isn't in the slightest bit interested in changing the bill as proposed. They were downright sarcastic and rude in many instances as well, which did not come across as very professional IMHO. T.

... but we don't have to take any of it into consideration because the animal welfare activists will be off our backs, and they are louder and nastier than those who just want to get on with doing the right thing... T.

Massive hugs westiemum... the pain doesn't go away, but we can smile at all the happy memories our pals left us, yes? T.

Funnily enough, I got mighty lucky with the adopters of my foster pack of 9 pups... no-one questioned the $400 adoption fee at all... ... then again, they were the most socially well adjusted and healthy pups I've ever had here... massive credit to the lady in Tennant Creek that raised them from birth until sending them to us! Didn't hurt that they let me take some pretty awesome photos of them doing fun puppy things too... hehe! T.

So - last night having dinner at the pub with friends, and friend says a workmate was asking about how to get a puppy. Puppy must be small breed, and not going to grow very big. It's for 11 year old daughter. Workmate and family are of Asian background, so most likely want white and fluffy. When friend advised about toilet training, workmate said he'd read that you could get dog nappies... WTF!?!?!? Imagine SWF in a nappy... how gross would the back end become? Told friend to tell workmate to buy a stuffed toy, as he's obviously not ready for the real thing... *sigh* T.

Awww... it's so nice when they decide to be besties... T.

The look on her face is priceless... lol! T.

I'd be looking at courses that come with industry recognition... T.
