  1. I'd be getting an X-ray of the dog's neck/upper spine to rule out anything physical going on there... the not wanting to bend down to eat is possibly a sign of a problem in the neck region. T.
  2. I have a mate who had to have quite a bit of abdominal surgery after having an adverse reaction to Voltaren. My prefs are either Naprosen SR 1000 (24 hr dosage) or Celebrex 200mg (doesn't give me heartburn)... I have a serious back condition that I've just had to learn how to live with - being allergic to most painkillers... grrr! I can take the above if the pain is really nasty, or over the counter Nurofen when it's just niggling... T.
  3. Boot Dupree, and thank Kuma for having the balls to tell the guy what you've been putting off telling him... T.
  4. Now I'm getting all excited - only have about 24 hours to wait for news... *sigh* Don't you forget to take your camera to the park when you do the intros - we want pics! T.
  5. Love the look on the dog in the beddie - seems to say "ain't he crazy?" T.
  6. I got signed up for it at some doggy day out once... had one person contact about a play date for our dogs, but her dogs were a bit untrained and unsociable, so I never took them up on a renewal of the membership. T.
  7. All I can say is that you have one very well trained OH... lol! T.
  8. Hehe! Dutch and Knuckles decided that one Astred... I don't think any of us really had a say there... ... and Dutch has the cutest backside in the whole park... *giggle* (I must find that bum shot I took... ) T.
  9. Uh oh!!! *fingers crossed that puppy makes it to spottychick's house* T.
  10. If you were truly looking to get the "best" result from a small/large dog mating, the "smart" move would be to put a small male over a larger bitch - who the hell needs emergency caesarians?? People never cease to amaze with their stupidity when it comes to the health and welfare of their pets... *sigh* T.
  11. Or you could drive over to the new park between Kylie Ave and Wiggs Rd - entry off Kylie Ave and parking is a bit of a bugger, but seems to be empty most of the time... T.
  12. Awww... there's my little man... lording it all over his new "slaves"... lol! Looks like he and Piper have become best buddies in record time - hard not to because Milo is such an outgoing little fellow really... *giggle* Any pics of Milo on his skindaddy's bike yet? The look on Magnum's face says it all, doesn't it? hahaha! T.
  13. My previous dogs have been allowed to run in the park with their CC's on - but I'm technically supervising them if that's the case... I never leave ANY of my dogs alone with ANY sort of collar on... T.
  14. Nope - apparently you need to have a member account to view the pics in the forums... T.
  15. one of the links in 1. is bad - here it is... http://www.knittingpatterncentral.com/directory/pets.php T.
  16. Awww... too sweet! Love the photo in the kitchen - she looks like she's been caught telling them how to do naughty things... lol! T.
  17. I like to use check chains when training, flat collars when out for a play at the park, and nothing around my dogs' necks when at home. T.
  18. I don't like to think what may have happened if he managed to find the M5... Crossing fingers that little Bailey turns up safe and well. T.
