  1. You have some lovely wildlife at your place Kristin... T.
  2. Can't wait until the weekend when they get their new teddies... I am expecting some snow pics in the future - and am betting Phoenix will be the first to disembowel one... *grin* T.
  3. Completely loving the cheeky little sod on the dog toy... lol! T.
  4. Phoenix looks to be recovering faster than Dusty... poor Dusty still looks like he's doing it a bit tougher than Phoenix. Was Dusty in worse condition to start with? Both are definitely coming along well though, and I'm sure they will both be fine in no time. T.
  5. Oh my!! Isn't she just a stunning girl? Awesome save! T.
  6. The look on "Snarly Karly" is priceless... great pic! Mitchy is adorable... his lopsided look is actually quite charming... and I'm not a big cat fan usually... T.
  7. Loving the puppies giving Clara a big welcome home... T.
  8. The boys are looking better with each photo... and Phoenix sure looks comfortable with young Digby. I think Phoenix is becoming a bit of a camera fan - I swear he's posing in the awake photo... Dusty has gorgeous eyes, but they do tell a story, don't they? I'm looking forward to seeing him become as settled as Phoenix seems to be under Ella and Digby's wonderful care. Teddies will be handed over to dogmad on Saturday... can't wait to hear/see how the boys go with them... there are a few largish ones which will be great for cuddling up to, and a couple of smaller ones that will be great fun to play zoomies with when they get more energy and want to play. T.
  9. I'm going op-shopping today... those boys need teddies in that beddie IMHO... T.
  10. Awwww... ain't he precious? Can I give you a tip? Might be time to trim his claws. If you get him used to the process now, it will be easier when he gets older. I do my foster pups' claws when they are tired and smoochy - and it only takes about a minute... T.
  11. That is a pretty nice shot k9angel... better than I've ever managed to get. I went to bed at 8:30 last night... for some strange reason I was really tired... *sigh* T.
  12. Ummm... I'm starting to get the impression that the boys are lapping up all of the creature comforts on hand at the moment... *grin* Can we request a few pics where they aren't sleeping please? Loving the Phoenix under the doona shot... makes your heart melt, doesn't it? T.
  13. Quite frankly, a Cane Corso is going to be a very large and intimidating looking dog - no matter whether you desex it or not. Apart from wanting a large and intimidating dog, what other traits are you looking for it to have? T.
  14. You can bet your bottom dollar the boys will be losing the danglies when they are strong enough... dogmad and indigirl are sticklers for that... *grin* These boys have definitely managed to get themselves into care with one of the most reputable rescues, that's for sure... T.
  15. Louie is totally beautiful... hooning or not... can you give him an extra treat and a nose scratch from me please? T.
  16. Hahaha! Too funny! Sweet Abbey has definitely landed on all four paws with Kerri... T.
  17. I'm off to the op shop when they are open then... and will give dogmad a call to see where she'd like me to drop the toys off for the boys. I can see crazy whippet zoomies in these boys' near future... *grin* The last photos without their coats shows that they are looking so much better already. I'm sure it won't be too long before they have some of their energy back in force... T.
  18. Thanks Rach... These pups will be pretty easy to toilet train methinks - they tend to potty at the furthest end of their play run... as far away from their eating and play areas as possible. Nice clean little things they are... as well as being very cute and full of smarts... T.
  19. So if the breeder tells the hesitant purchaser that at 12 weeks the pup is "clear", and then refuses to complete the sale nor refund the deposit, the breeder is not adhering to the terms of her contract either. Regardless of what the breeder's terms and conditions say, she may get a rude shock when taken to Fair Trading about her practices. T.
  20. I swear that in those last 2 photos Dusty may have started to gain a little condition already... must be all that lying around he seems to do... lol! T.
  21. Are you sure they wouldn't like a puppy? We have 2 boys and 2 girls here - koolie cross... will be 10 weeks old next Tuesday. Both of the boys are the smoochiest things ever... http://www.petrescue.com.au/search_by_member/?member=1210 T.
  22. What an awesome fellow Errol is! And handsome too! T.
  23. "Good" or "bad" is in the eye of the beholder IMHO - just like with all other genres of art... some people like surrealism, and others like renaissance, etc... ... and even a "snapshot" can capture a moment that transcends the technical "quality" of the photo itself. Then again, the most technically "perfect" shots can also be lacking in that "something" that makes them "great" too... But when it all comes together in that fraction of a second when you push that button... oh man!! That is what each and all of us are aiming for, right? T.
