OK - first up we have a couple of pics of Bluey (from DAS) for dogmad... he really loves a run in our big exercise yard... he has a whole 1/4 acre to do zoomies... lol! He is such a nice boy... thank you so much for alerting us to him. My guess is that he may be BT/Kelpie, with maybe a tiny smidge of GSD somewhere in one of his parents - check out his snout profile... T.

Daisy Boo's babies are stunning! And after getting my first up close and personal look at them, I'd say Miss Daisy Boo somehow found herself a very handsome BC (or cross thereof) to help make her babies. We have 3 with distinctive BC colouring, and 3 black with white feet. One of the black babies is runtier than the rest, but so far is managing to get himself his share of the tucker and warmth, and is growing well. The single girl puppy is black. We did get photos - really nice photos - yesterday, and as soon as I sort them out, I'll post them for you all. (dogmad, we got photos of Bluey too - what a nice boy he is - a total doofus, but so sweet tempered and eager to please. He sits, drops, and shakes hands, walks on lead like a pro too) T.

MsDani... please remember that your boy is only not with you now in the physical sense. He will always live strong, healthy, and loyal in your heart and soul. Let your grief right now take you wherever it needs to take you. Those of us who have been through the same thing can understand exactly the kind of pain you are now feeling - and while it will never stop hurting right down to your very core when you remember and miss him, you will find that time does make it easier to handle. Your boy is in mighty fine company at the Bridge, OK? He is now happy and healthy, and will be waiting patiently there for you until you join him. Huge hugs for you and yours from me and mine... T.

Most (pure)breed rescues will take unpapered dogs - which has been discussed at length in the Rescue forum recently... *grin* T.

What's that saying about setting something free and it will come back to you? She looks like a little character, and is well comfortable back home with her true mummy... T.

Forecast for tomorrow is mainly sunny but windy... I'll have to find a sheltered spot with some sun to get nice pics of the babies... should be able to find somewhere methinks... *grin* The big question is whether they are going to co-operate... lol! T.

You have my heartfelt sympathies MsDani... it's terribly hard to "get it right" and please everyone... go with your gut, OK? Look into his eyes... what are they telling you? You WILL know when it's his time... As said many times before, just because he's not physically there with you, doesn't mean that he's not very much alive in your heart and soul - where he WILL live forever. I'm not going to tell you that once he's gone (from the physical world) that it won't hurt like you've never hurt before... it will... and it will hurt for a very long time. But as time goes on, you will learn to cope with that loss of the physical, even though it still hurts to not have him there when you need his special kind of love. In all honesty, I still lose the plot when I talk about my heart dog - and I still miss her terribly, even though she went to the Bridge in 2004. I don't think I will ever grieve for any human the way I will always grieve for that dog. You are among people here who can fully understand your pain... and we also understand your indecison right now too. T.

"soft tissue lump"... I wouldn't be too worried about that until the pathology says different... or it starts growing back... Let's face it, older dogs get lumps and bumps - and most of those are nothing much to worry about. Positive vibes being sent that it's just one of those... T.

The word "tumour" needn't be anything serious... and as others have said, it's best to wait until you have a proper diagnosis before thinking the worst. Crossing fingers that his problem is totally benign and can be cleared up quickly. T.

Daisy Boo and her remaining 6 bubbas are doing great. Word is that the little tackers are very mobile and noisy when the buffet moves out of reach... *grin* I'll be seeing them on Saturday, and if the weather is nice, I'll see about getting some decent photos of them for you all to enjoy, OK? T.

It is very hard for someone sitting on this side of the computer screen to tell you what you should do in these circumstances. What I can do is offer you my deepest sympathies for the pain you are obviously feeling right now. When you do make the decision for your best friend, it will be the right time and thing to do. T.

We now have 6 bubbas... mum is a little clueless and managed to tread/sit on the other small girl. She is getting the hang of it though... T.

Katdogs is on the right track with her names... these bubbas sure can sing for their supper... lol! T.

Hmmm... I'd be saying that if the "breeder" won't even vaccinate the pup unless the new owner pays extra for it, that they don't actually have the health and wellbeing of their pups as a priority. I'd run a mile myself... T.

Oh Dog! We have to find 8 names! ... and Blossom is due in the next couple of weeks too! I think we'll hold off giving names for a couple of weeks until they start displaying their individual personalities for us. T.

One more black boy pup... Tally now 8 pups, 5 male, 3 female - 5 black and white, 3 black. I sincerely hope she's now finished... T.
