No mymatejack... the issue is whether any dog should react to any stimuli in a way that causes the death of another dog. Quite simply... it's NOT tolerated. The people posting here who have small dogs AREN'T defending the fact that some small breed dogs may have owners that allow them to display inapporpriate behaviours in public spaces - but they ARE defending their right to be able to walk THEIR dogs without being targetted by larger breed dogs whose owners haven't socialised them properly. But you are probably going to keep ignoring that fact, aren't you? It's way more fun for you to make this about "small yappies getting their just desserts"... *sigh* T.

Death Of Dog After Westminister Leaves Handler Suspicious

But you didn't run to the media and make accusations about what happened and who you thought did it, did you? T. -
Oh my!! Aren't they all completely stunning?? You and Furia are doing an awesome job MonElite... ... and I see on your Facebook page that one has opened it's eyes already too! Gorgeous! T.

Harper is not crated when I'm at work now - only at night so she doesn't eat the house while I'm asleep... lol! As I have to keep Zeddy and Trouble separated, Trouble has the front half of the house (bedroom, bathroom, hall), and Zeddy, Pickles, and Harper have the kitchen and the back yard during the day while I'm at work. Trouble goes into her crate when I get home from work, and then when Zeddy goes to bed (she takes herself off to her room around 7:30-8:00pm), Trouble gets to have some Mummy time before I go to bed at around 11:30-midnight. Trouble and Pickles sleep on my bed, Zeddy has her own room with her fave beddy, and Harper snuggles up in her night crate. T.

Why on earth would one refuse a necropsy that would show beyond any doubt that their dog was poisoned - especially when they are espousing that theory via the media? T. -

The only reason one would refuse a necropsy in a case like this is if the results may come back as something other than what is being claimed... No proof of claim, then claim is null and void. T. -
Harper is 6 months old today! And she weighs in at 24.2 kgs... tall and lean, but I reckon she'll fill out some when she gets older - still all legs and ears now... lol! I've cut back how much she eats now too, as we seem to have hit a plateau, but she's still eating twice the amount that each of my other 3 get. She looks great on the amount she is getting, no ribs, but no fat either. We decided to see how she'd like a coat on today, and when there was a break in the yukky weather, we had her model it for us... *grin* As you can see, she didn't hate her jacket... hehe! T.

Oh - I don't know about that DD - how about Tamar's cute quirks? Dinner time and potty time spring to mind... *grin* T.

Should post a review, test out the site! I did better - I reported the listing with a link to Buddy's story here on DOL... *grin* T. Hmmm... maybe I should do that with a number of their advertising links all over the internet...

If you own a large dog and intend to take it out in public, it needs to be under enough control for it NOT to react to ANY stimuli in an aggressive manner... it's that simple. I own large dogs, and they've been rushed at, barked at, and outright set upon by other dogs of all shapes and sizes... but I have never allowed them to react in kind to any of those stimuli. My Rotti/Pittie cross girl was once jumped on by another bull breed dog who wasn't looking to play - she stood there quietly while I grabbed the other dog by the collar and got him off her, and I was nearly bitten by that dog in the process (funnily enough no owner in sight). She has also been rushed at aggressively by smaller dogs whose owners thought that sort of thing was funny, and she just looks at me to help her out of those sort of situations. That's MY job as her owner (and protector)... If you have ANY dog that is likely to react badly to certain situations, then it is YOUR responsibility to NOT place your dog in those situations. It's not rocket science people! T.

4 permanent residents is my magic number... and I foster pups for rescue, so the numbers here can fluctuate wildly at times. The last time I had 14 foster pups (8 in 1 litter, and 6 in the other)... it's doable if you are a "mad dog lady"... *grin* T.

*still waiting patiently for more photos of the gorgeous puppies and the stunning Furia* T.

There's a groomer listed there that hung a DOLer's dog recently... remember Buddy? Nope - me not likely to want to join... T.

No necropsy - when one was on offer - tends to make an onlooker/reader somewhat suspicious. A necropsy would have shown up what caused the dog to die, and then the owners would be in a much better position to fling accusations if poisoning was indeed found. T. -
Not too hard to list the things the parents are tested for, and what goes into raising a healthy and well-adjusted pup, and then advertise a starting price for pups... just my humble opinion... T.

Great Home Available - Adelaide

NSWAR have Elliot and Casey - both black fluffballs, and both cruisy laid back boys who play nice with others. Best we can tell about breed mix would be Lhasa cross (?) Elliot only has one working eye, and the other has a micro orbit, but vet advice is that doesn't need to be removed, just some fake tear drops every now and then keep his deformed eye in good nick. Elliot was the dog whose groomer won the recent Groomer's Shootout fun day at Morrisset. You can see Elliot getting his groom towards the end of the following video... - he was such a great little man standing there happily for Yumiko while she made him gorgeous.Casey looks almost identical to Elliot, but he has 2 working eyes... *grin* We are located in Sydney, but can get great prices for transport to pretty much anywhere in Australia. Contact details here... http://www.nswar.org.au/index/contact_us.htm T. -
My eyes are leaking lots.... *sob* T.

I don't know... at the rate they are creating new suburbs in Sydney these days... *grin* T.

Charles Wentworth (Charlie) showed us all what a life well lived - and loved - is... he's going to be missed by a lot of us methinks... I remember you letting me have a cuddle with Charlie once at a DABS Bunnings Sausage Sizzle, and he certainly didn't disappoint - he definietly gave the best cuddles! I'm sure that Charlie has taught Skeeter and Emmy how to be the best dogs they can be too. My first reaction when I read his Rainbow Bridge entry was to cry out "Oh no! Not Charlie!" and start crying - and then the phone rang - and it was my mother who then asked me what I was upset about... so I told her about Charlie and his journey, and she started to cry too. Sweet Charlie could touch the hearts of even those who never knew him... vale sweet little man. T.

Now, see, I have a dog with the opposite problem... she runs good, but walks like a drunk... http://www.youtube.com/user/tdierikx - check out some of her early puppy videos. I love her to death, and she reckons life is pretty good regardless of how she perambulates. T.

Ummm... we need more pics of the gorgeous puppies (and stunning Furia) MonElite... they are nearly a week old now! T.
