Again what is the point, high end novelty pet market for people with too much coin? A glow in the dark dog really lol. Some real smarties about, wish they'd turn themselves glow in the dark to be a beacon to other dickwads. Light up a freak show in a forest somewhere maybe they could mate.

I remember reading about glow in the dark dogs years ago I agree, can't see the point, nor in cloning for that matter.

Dogs Shot By Police In Kenwick, One Dead

For sure, but when things like this happen cause and affect have to be found, to make sure it wont happen again. No police want a k9 throat torn up, no police want to whip out a gun around kids. -
Rspca Claims In Fact Sheets Distributed To Schoool Kids
GeckoTree replied to Steve's topic in In The News
Well in that case I think the teacher getting kids to write are just as messed up as the RSPCA fact sheet. A kid can not fathom beyond a most basic concept of primitive emotion all that is involved. Less so with propaganda materials being placed in front of them.. That said Gillard seems just as intelligent and may reply in same prose. -

I am aware that the police have strict guidelines which must be followed and they have a duty of care to adhere to but unfortunately the badies don't always follow these guidelines they do anything and everything they can not to get caught, making the life hell for our police officers. It is a life often filled with instant decisions made under duress, then they are put through the wringer when things are over. The police officers love their dogs just like you and I do ours. They don't like putting them in situations of great danger but if it came down to a human life versus a dogs life I know who's life would be lost. A police dog to be bred to work and unfortunately their job is to protect their handler and the public at all costs even if the causes injury or death. I think it's time we gave our police force some support instead of critising every little thing they do. Oh yeah like the 8 year old kid who got chewed up big time in Ipswich by the police dog last year, shit happens ay the police new kids were around in that situation, failed to secure the raid and they got in the shit for it rightly so. I might say probably because someone else had the gumption to photo evidence it. It doesnt matter if the people are deadbeats. Police officers, not the dog, and dogs are not sworn in officers ffs not in this country, have the intellect to judge situations of potential harm, they get tax payer funded training in it. I would love to see the police enquiry conducted by the police -
Would they really though? as far as I am aware it's desexings and vaccinations that are vets bread and butter so to speak.

They have to try and get em young, before they grow a brainstem. -
Yes of course a dog can play with toys, if he/she/wants. I don't know about forcing a dog to play games with a toy though. Mine likes to chase a kong but not play with it if that makes sense.

Also I know it's no excuse for exploitation, but heaps of people are finding life in the material world real hard atm and are looking at all sorts of ways to make a quick buck in breeding animals at profit, ie no expence but the dams milk.. It's real sad some feel the need to help create another life for a few bucks then dump them when the penny drops they aint going to make a cent.
-
How do I find them? or are there only show whippet breeders who sometimes race? i've looked on the DOL classifides but I cant tell what I should be looking for in regards or breeders breeding racing animals.

Do you think the risk assessment was correct in deploying firearms in the vicinity of children without an immediate human danger involved? I know a police investigation will be going on over this, any time a firearm is discharged it has to be done. This is why I ask if tasers are in the WA police force. -

Another thing I think needs to be said is that Police generally are not animal control officers with animal control tools available. Do WA police have tasers though? I think guns should be drawn and fired as a complete last resort, especially if kids are close by. -
Well I was my dogs bowls in the sink, stainless steel in hot soapy water, however not with my dishes, it's done seperatly.

Crazy people with guns not a good mix.
