  1. That's your story TSD ;-) Just had a message from Clean Run - Due to popular demand for the Wubba Friend & Wubba Ballistic Friend Dog Toys, featured on our “What Ships For Free” section of our web store, we have temporarily sold out. However, the good news is that we expect to receive more by the end of the week. Therefore, we will hold your order until Friday and ship it complete at that time. Sounds like they've been doing good business :D
  2. Just checked ..... Tassie bonanza weekend.. Hobart ..March 16/17, Launceston 23/24.
  3. Lol emery.....even I have been to Rottnest ;-)...mind you that was a lot of years ago :-). I live about 13kms south of Hobart. The agility weekend are in Hobart one weekend and Launceston the next. I'll get the dates in a minute. That looks like a pretty good list of things to see and do. You can include Richmond for a historic village in the south, and in the north. There's a really scenic drive from Deloraine up into the central Plateau and lakes. Just a word of warning..don't be fooled by what look like short distances on maps...they'll always take quite a bit longer than you'd think...winding narrow roads, and a lot to look at. Have a talk to Deb H too. She and Bobbi came over a few years ago.
  4. Ups and downs a bit, staffyluv - but the trend sounds as though it's still up - and you and Ziggy seem to be tuning in to each other a lot better now - to the extent that you know when you're on a loser, and can quite before things go really belly up. :) And then the recovery to a pleasant interaction at home. Hang in there!
  5. Ack .. Got that wrong ..stoopid multiquoting :-). Ah well..same applies :-)
  6. @RS .....going to Tassie in March?? With dogs..for agility bonanza?.... ;-).... Or just you and a holiday? Get in touch if you'll have time for a catch up.. :-)
  7. Disclaimer..no vet knowledge ..but from reading ...have a look at Panosteitis .. Xrays should give a diagnosis. Hope things turn out well.
  8. You naughty enabler you, AP Must not look, must not look - I still have some things left over from last year's big splurge. wonder if they'll do that again this year
  9. More knowledgeable people will be along .... but in the meantime, your dog's breeder would be a good person to start talking to - if you're happy with your dog, then it would be good to talk to your breeder about what it took to produce that. (I've been in one breed for 20 years, but I still look to the experience and knowledge of lines and traits of experienced and respected breeders .. and I don't breed).
  10. Thanks from me too - and thanks for asking the question bedazzledx2
  11. for you and Jovi TO - seems like it was a great weekend for Tollers. :D Know exactly what you mean - this is exactly how I feel about my little feral girlie.
  12. State laws control this, so it could vary from State to State. In Tasmania dogs must be on leash (not longer than 2 metres) when being walked on a public road, no more than 2 dogs per peson, and the person must be in effective control of the dog.
  13. Forgot to say congrats to your two as well RV. Rally might be really good for To.
  14. Great work in between the fun and games for your girls, RS :-). And I agree ..any UD pass is a great achievement..good job kathq and Coco. What a pretty picture of the clever Toller Rally :-)
  15. Huge congratulations to an inspirational pair..fantastic achievement for team Brooklyn! Ok you other clever WA folks ...don't be shy ..start posting all the other brags from last night!
  16. Little brag from us today from agility at Launceston Royal. Miss Kirra (now 10 years and 8 months) had 16 runs over the 2 days ... No Qs yesterday, but today 1st place Q in MA, and in OA, and went clear but over time by 1.5 seconds in MJ and best of all was still having heaps of fun even at the end. Love my feral little girl.
  17. Yay Seita! I so admire people who give up their time to do their judge's exams ...without them we would have no brags :-)
  18. Puppy in Show is a daughter of the BIS dog. :-)
  19. That is correct, but earlier it was the kernals - the little yellow bits, that were mentioned, not the centre part ie the cob Ah Thanks - you're right - saw the "whole" bit and didn't read carefully enough.
  20. Just a query and maybe a word of warning - I was under the impression that sweet corn cobs - the centre part - were a no-no - can cause major obstruction. Or was I imagining that?
  21. That's a pretty great family brag, dogmate - and spread across a number of disciplines - that's always special. It is sad as they get older, isn't it - my agility BC will be 11 in February, so I'm treasuring all our trialling time - and have to forgive her when she's still feral :) .
  22. I haven't done trials there for quite some years now, but have always enjoyed them - hence the trip across the Strait. :)
  23. @ DalGirl - I would try contacting Lorna - her number is on the Club website
