Whippet babies? You are SO going to have to post LOTS of photos!!! T. I am quite sure I can provide lots of photos :) She is enormous at the moment so I think there may be a few :)

Ooohhh collars that can get wet and filthy, might get some of those for the sheep dog and for when the whips go to the beach. I generally use a martingale when out and about and at training. The whips don't wear collars at home but the BC does as he gets tethered on the ute and also tethered down the yards when we need him to stop working sheep.

I have spend hundreds upon hundreds of dollars for my litter that is due in 8 days and they are not here yet! If anything goes South, well that will be more cost. They have no idea. As for breeding with dogs with issues like entropian - you did well not to jump the counter and punch him - idiot!

Exactly! I used to get pissed when one of my kids who used to be a right little turd at times would be a turd and my MIL would say oh he is just being 2, then 3, then 4. One day I said so when he is an arse and he's 18 is it just because he's 18 or excuses have been made for his behaviour growing up and then he is just an arse?? The only way he will learn to not be an arse or that there are consequenses for being an arse is to be taught them now. She did admit she thought I was right and never again did those qords pass her lips when he got reprimanded or corrected for being a turd!

If my kids climbed into someone yatd and got frightened by the dog they would get their backsides paddled for entering someone elses property without permission!

My dogs have been on it for years and I also feed it in my kennels. No worries so far and the kibble looks the same to me?? Now the Fish is available I will try some, need to re-order soon :)

My Whelping box was finished today and my new vetbed arrived. I am picking up some newspapers tomorrow to line the bottom underneath towels for the births. I think I am sorted..............but I am sure I will have forgotten something!!!

OOhhh got new vet beed, it is gorgeous :) Husband got it from the post office. His comment - You didn't tell me you ordered a cow!!!!! :rofl:

Yes I have a couple of things set up for auto delivery. It is great that you get an email the week before as I have occassionally added things :) I have had no issues and their customer service is great

Thanks for asking :) She is going well, after some advice from an eye specialist - that hasn't seen her - I think I will leave it until after her puppies. There are no signs of anything abnormal other than the differing size of her pupils. Nothing will be done while she is pregnant anyway and I would prefer not to risk her catching anything potentially nasty from the vet hospital. So at this stage it is wait and see and if it all stays as is get it checked down the track. Unless it was immediately life threatening or painful I would leave her at this point in time until after babies.

I don't see why "she's a country vet" keeps coming into it.
