4 shows over 3 days .... I think it's important for 3 day circuits to take into account; 1. Late start on Day 1 - allow people time to travel on the day 2. Early start for the 2nd day (especially if 2 shows) - nobody wants to still be there in the dark 3. Final day - start early with minimum breaks so people can get on the road home at a reasonable time -
Sunday .. BIS : LH Dachshund RUBIS: English Setter

I also use the securapet coup cups ... John (Perperone Supplies who is at Melb shows) has a new one from the US that I think is even better but sadly the bars on my trolley are too wide. cheers, David

via OzShow ... CHANGE OF JUDGE Late Monday evening we were informed that M. Laurent Pichard had fallen suddenly and seriously ill and is not able to come to judge for us. This is very disappointing for all concerned, exhibitors and organisers alike. In the very short time available Miss Beth Warman (NZ) has kindly agreed to stand in and judge M. Pichard's assignment. We apologise for any inconvenience to exhibitors.

very pleased to have qualified 2 homebred Cavalier KCS .... Ch Caribelle Viva La Diva and her younger 1/2 sister Caribelle Fairy Tale 1/2 sisters (same dam) - 1 for Top Dog the other for Top Puppy ... sadly neither will be going ... being typical girls both have dropped coat !!! GOOD LUCK to all attending ... I may go as a spectator :)

no other shows in Victoria that day, just this "double" ........

Not entered so haven't seen the breed breakdown ... some of the Group entries look pretty low for a Melbourne show .... I believe in my breed there are only 5 entries which is terrible for a metro show. With a crammed calendar already I don't know why they introduce new shows on a Friday night .. but I suppose there are lots of peopple who would happily show all the time

yes this is good news ... and the reason is because they have dropped the admission charge for the public. in the UK that is what determines whether they can be shown ... if the society charges the public an admission fee then they can not be shown.

from what I have read many of the CoM were not aware of this motion ... it is not required .. any Director of ANKC can submit a motion without the approval of their States CoM !!!!
