By memory some might have a whisker off one side, Im not the best at always getting the composition spot on in camera. I use lightroom to edit and shoot in raw so all photos have slight tweaks and sharpen but didn't need to do much to these at all.

Looks like your off to a great start! Macro photography is a bit of a learning curve thats for sure! A couple of new ones from me. I find Macro makes me look at things differently, I noticed these little fungus in the yard the other day so decided to break out the macro. :laugh:

So have you had a play with the camera yet? what do you think? Did it come with any lenses?

You will love the D80, it was my first DSLR, great camera! However my manual was not that big. :laugh: Enjoy your new camera!

You can never have too many lenses! :laugh: Yes we actually took the dogs into consideration in the size of the lounge chairs when we got them. :laugh: our lounge is not huge so we just got 2 huge chairs! Glad Zed has a temp home for now, hopefully something will come along for Latte soon too!

Geez that's very scarey, it's hard to know if these stories are real it there is some real messed up people out there so it wouldn't surprise me one bit if it was true!

Thanks Janet and a lovely Birthday it was too, I was so spoilt beyond words and wished well by many and had a beautiful lunch with friends and had a lovely cake and boy the list goes on! Life is good. How's everyone else going?

The other good thing is too, they have lots of runners up and if your picture gets runner up then you get $10 in your account to spend on other competitions!

I had no idea there was a fish one, my supplier doesn't stock it. My oldest dog loves fish so might be worth a try for my lot.

Mine have been on BH since the white bag days and all still love it and eat every mouth full. I have only ever noticed once in a bag one single piece of different food as it was red in colour. I have heaps of local friends all who are feeding BH now and their dogs are loving and thriving on it. I used to only pay $75 for a bag but the last bag I got was $99, still reasonably cheap I guess compared with some.
