I went through the pics from the last two bunnings nights and I did find some pics, but the thing is Im not sure if it is you?? also a few good ones of (if it is you ) your kids, how bizzare!! There is one of you (if it is you) and your looking strait at the camera.

I also work on a saturday arvo, usually 11 till 4, occasionally hours can change if someones got a day off or sick etc, next week is 1 till 6 on the sat.

Nope dont know any of the Armagaurd men, why?? Do you take your kids to the family/kids night at Bunnings?? You may have seen me, Im usually the one with the big camera around my neck, I have purple, brown and blonde hair.

Can anyone help me with whats the best way to reduce a photo file down to make it a good avatar, have a look at my current one and you will see why Im asking my four pixel dogs!! I did it in PS but not really sure Im doing it right. As for a signature, think Im going to have to get a lot better with PS to be able to make one myself.

See what I mean, maybe I could call them pixel dogs.... Might go to the photo secton and see if anyone knows whats the best way to reduce the file, Im doing it in PS but Im obviously doing it wrong!!....LOL

And to answer you question about what are my dogs, dare I say it, flame suit on.....they are English Cocker x Mini Poo, the two older ones are 2 and the two younger ones are 1, there is around 6 months between them. I know this is a pure breed forum but there is so many people with such great experience and fantastic advice, I just love it and I think at the end of the day we are all here for the same thing, we love our dogs and have a passion for them. I would love to learn how to make a signature, mine is pretty basic. Can we have a get together soon, I'd love to meet you guys, hope Im still welcome with my mutts!!

Hi Guys, Janet I have pm'ed you about Patricia. Pandii, if you pay $18 for your registrations why do I pay $26 for the dogs and $19 for the cats, last year it was $25 and the year before it was $24?? interesting mine are all desexed, chipped and registered with the national pet registry, Have you recieved your new regos for this year? Is it still $18 for the dogs?? I am also curious about the mystery DOLer and also Munchin who only posted once, come back and tell us about yourself!!

re- reducing the number of dogs, how are they going to reinforce this make us give our pets up, not sure how this will work maybe change the rules for future pet owners. I know we are allowed 3 dogs, I have a permit for my fourth, I had to apply to the council and didnt have a problem getting it, they did a door knock inthe area and asked qusetions about the dogs barking etc and if they annoyed anyone (they dont) so it was all go ahead for the permit which I was pleased about. What about Breeders wonder if they will be limited too or maybe different rules for breeders?? Not sure how many cats we are allowed to have, I have 2. Just noticed this is your first post, what kind of doggies do you have and what part of Warrnambool do you live in, great to see more DOLers from here!!

Well not sure if I have the details right but apparently the cost of reg is going to go up to around $80 per dog, and my OH was compalining about the cost of 4 dogs @ $26 I guess a lot more people will not be registering thier dogs if the cost goes up. I think it was something to do with the RSPCA here in town running at such a loss and needing to increase funds for them, which I dont begrudge but I think tripling the price of dog regos is not going to solve any problems maybe just create new ones!! Also there was mention of RSPCA volenteers being paid for thier work which I think is great, but Im not sure how it all works, I thought there were already paid members of staff that work at the shelter?? Our local paper is great at only giving half the story and not explaining it properly as you said "sub standard" so true!! I certainly dont begrudge paying our dog and cat regos and have done for the last 20 years every year with out fail. My hubby said to me the other day what do we get for the money we pay? I said to him " you know what I really dont know!!" I wish they had more bins around the dog areas, like albert park, brierly reserve, thunder point etc, nothing like carrying 4 bags of dog poo with you for an hour!! I have actually had people comment to me that they dont even pick thier dogs poo up becasue there is not enough bins to put it in. I think in some areas they pay dog rego once and thats it.

Did any of you guys read in the Standard the other day about the price of our dog registrations going up?? Just wondering what other dog people in the area thought about this?? I didnt read the article I was just told about it so not sure of the whole story??

Maybe they dont know this thread exists?? I only came across it by accident, I never used to use the view last posts, I always just went to general and photos and sometimes puppys, but now a whole new world has opened up

Question for you guys, On your travels about town have you ever come across a lady with about 6 or maybe 7 dogs? she does walk them altogether they are all brown with the exception of one which is brown and white. Im not 100 % sure but I think they are ridgebacks?? Wondered if she was a DOLer?

Not me either, I have a purple station wagon, and 9 time out of 10 I have all the dogs with me so Im easy to spot!! Hey a funny story for you Warrni people who will know the area im talking about, earlier today I went down to Harris Street and walked around the back of the cage and along the fence where the electricity yard is and up the derilict end, my guys run along the fence looking for the bunnies and it is a great work out for them, I just have a leisurly stroll and they run up and down at 100 miles an hour, well today they went right up the bushy end and 2 of them found a hole in the fence, so the next thing I see is rabbits going every which way and my two running flat out in every direction (no hope of catching them they are way to fast) and I think if a rabbit stopped they just wouldnt know what to do they would probly stop and run the other way!! Probly wont be able to go back there now as they will remember where the hole in the fence is and not sure if it is private property in there, it is just up the end of the yard in the unused area, I dont thnk they would be causing any harm by running in there but I would prefer they didnt go in there as I cant get in if anything happens to one of them. I Might go back and see if I can block up the hole in the fence, then they wont be able to get through. On another subject, Janet in an earlier post you wrote..."I am just a bit diasppointed about the other dog having a go at mine " what happened, dont you have to have your dogs on leads at training or do they have off lead time? Did the two dogs just get to close? Maybe I missed an earlier post, hope it wasnt to serious!! What sort of dog do you have, by memory he is still young right?
