So now you actually have them on the computer?? Is it like a pc where you can right click and open the file in a different program? D oyou have picasa, sometimes picasa will open unrecognisable files?? How frustrating!!

Very weird, I definatly cant help I haven't got a clue about macs. does it have a slot where you put the card strait into it??

Im no expert, but I had a crack just in light room, all i did was changed the exposure but her head is very blown out so Im not sure thier is much you can do with it. Not sure about her eyes either. Maybe an expert editer needed!!

Not sure I can be of any help, but did you shoot the pics in raw?? Are you using a card reader or importing strait off the camera? Can you just open my computer and do it manually?

Oh Tanya, how exciting, hope you have fun at the show, I may be in Melbourne that day might have to sneak over to Kcc to have a sticky!! Geez .5 of a kilo is not much as JJ said I think mine put that on and take it off again quite frequently. Ravyk, I think the dog park I had in mind is very open and if there is a few people about there is enough room for all with out being on top of each other it is a massive big park. Does anyone esle have any better suggestions apart from albert park where we could meet up? Munchin, maybe we could meet up for a walk on a Saturday, Maws will be away for a week so maybe when she gets back we could organise it Im sure she would like to see you and your fur babes again!!

Hi Munchin, wold be great if you can catch up for a walk on Sunday, do you work every Sunday? A few of us have been going after training around 11-30. Tez Lives out a bit so we try to go a bit earlier so she doesnt have to hang about for to long. Im sure we may be able to make it a little later, let us know what time would suit, would love to see your lot again!!

Yep I realized after I posted the two together, like I said in my earlier post, I think I made it look fake. Think Ill leave it to the experts.

LP, beautiful shots!! they are all very vibrant in color, you must have been very close to that waterfall!!

Looking at the two shots together, I think I have actually made it look a bit fake, I guess it depends what you like in a shot. Id be interested to see what others think. I have been trying not to over edit images and sometimes when you see the edited copy right next to the original you realize you have just over tweaked a little too much

Hey Shel72, here is the shot again, before and after the editt, just done in lightroom slighlty tweaked, the blacks and the clarity not much, it is a great shot. I have an SLR but also have an ixus 970 they are great little cameras!!
